I highly recommend this location for fantastic Mexican foods! It is very authentic and the location has great staff although it is very busy it absolutely worth the wait.

This business in the past was (3) separate taco trucks but this is their first restaurant location and it has been very successful. The food is fantastic and the service is fast/friendly!

The el pastor tacos at Birrieria Sinaloa are absolutely top-tier. The pork is perfectly marinated—smoky, savory, and just the right balance of sweet and spicy—with crispy edges that show it was cooked with care. Each bite is juicy and flavorful, especially when paired with their fresh cilantro, onions, and a squeeze of lime. The tortillas are warm and soft, letting the pastor really shine without overpowering it. These tacos taste authentic, bold, and incredibly satisfying. If you’re an el pastor fan, this is a must-order—easily some of the best around.

We are new to the neighborhood and my partner snuck here without me once. Almost grounds for divorce but we’ve worked out a plan. We finally checked this place out together tonight and he’s paying me off in tacos, specifically birria de res con consomme BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS BOMB.

BEST birria I’ve had outside of Mexico. I’m not sure if my partner paid off the guy and said treat her extra special given the circumstances but I suspect they’ve just got great customer service.

I really hoping they’re open year round because I plan on packing on at least 10 lbs of tacos between now and the cooler season before I start prepping my winter body with that phenomenal birria Ramen.

We ate tacos con Asada, quesabirria de res, rice, beans, and a quesadilla. I made fun of myself for ordering a quesadilla because what!? But when I tell you it was the best damn quesadilla, I’ve ever had—I’m not even being dramatic. And you know your girl got a coke! The rice is

Anyways, whether you’re in town on vacation or live nearby, don’t sleep on this place amd definitely make sure your partner doesn’t sneak there without you. Set yourself up now for that taco alimony.

We spotted this food truck along the road. You never know what you might find on a food truck. But this one is great! The barria, what they are known for, was fantastic. I had three barria tacos, real barria, not beef with the barria type sauce, real barria. Very very tasty and moist. My wife had three asada tacos. The beef was tender and lots of flavor. It is a food truck along the road next to train tracks so the atmosphere even seems authentic. Totally something you would get in Mexico. Sorry if that sounds racist, I am married to a Mexican woman though. They have tables to sit at out front. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Quick service too. We had three tacos each, a water and bottled soda, came to $28, totally worth it!

Fabulous taco truck with some of the best pastor we’ve had. They were so nice and friendly! The prices were great. The owner checked in with us a few times to make sure we were enjoying our food! We will definitely be eating here every time we come to Indio.

Absolutely an amazing find. The cheesy keto taco with a tortilla made from cheese was a culinary delight! The corn taste of the Vampiro taco was spectacular! We were passing through the area from AZ to Orange County and will not ever miss stopping here on our trips home from AZ. If you love birria, don’t miss this place. But bring napkins, they did not have any when we were dining here.

The best birria in the area is parked next to an old tire service center in The industrial part of Indio. We were in Palm springs for a week and even though it was 112 degrees outside it’s the only place we visited twice. The torta, the tacos, the quesadilla, it’s all amazing. Served molten hot and with punch-you-in-the-face flavor.

Eat here, then eat here again the next day.

Just ate here for the 1st time about an hour ago. We ordered take out. The Birria Quesadilla was a perfect size and absolutely delicious. The Birria Tamales were the way Tamales should be made…steamed and perfectly moist. We got all kinds of salsa, sour cream, cilantro and onions on the side as to not turn our meal into mush. The service was really good and the folks in the truck were extremely friendly. This place deserves to be supported and we will come back often.

We just enjoyed a bike ride along the Bear Creek Trail and we were going to stop at Taco Bell. We were delighted that we stopped here instead! They make everything from scratch and their authentic tortillas come from Mexico! The soup that came with our taco platter was so delicious!!! Thank you Adeline!
