Amazing food! I’ve been trying to find a good Mexican place around Waterford, and I will definitely be coming back. Everything was so delicious, from the beans and rice having authentic flavors, to the very juicy, cheesy, and crispy shelled quesabirria. By far the best birria I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

All I can say is WOW! I will definitely be coming here for the quesabirria again, 10/10! The salsa was perfect, spicy and full of flavor. The birria ramen was very good as well, not a huge fan of the noodles, but I would rate it 7/10.
The noodles held together very well and had a neutral taste, I’m not sure if they were cooked all the way or if that’s how the noodle is supposed to be, but, I did enjoy it overall.
The menu looks amazing, and I look forward to trying more!

Conveniently located food truck in the Mobile gas station parking lot. Our food took a little longer than expected for it being a food truck (30+ minutes) but was well worth the wait. We tried the Birria Ramen, Chicken Quesadilla, the Quesabirria Combo, and the chips & salsa. The Ramen had a robust, unique flavor full of fresh cilantro, meat and cheese. The Quesadilla was a hit and we loved the seasoning of the chicken. The Quesabirria combo was my personal favorite, served with fresh lime and the best consomé dipper ever! We will definitely be back!

The best birria around! They use lamb, and it’s absolutely fantastic. They also PERFECTLY crisp up the quesabirria. They stand up to dunking in the consome until the last bite. Happy to have them fairly close to home.

EDITED! I took the owner on her remake. The new picture is below. I did not do the steak as the steak tacos were fatty, and I was nervous, so that could be why it’s so thin. I appreciate the opportunity she gave to make it right.

Birria tacos were good, but the consomé had zero flavor. For having mostly birria options on the menu, I expected the consomé to be much better. The prices are also very high for such small portions. Likely will not be back due to the pricing and lack of flavor.

It’s not authentic Mexican food and on top of that is expensive. 2 orders of tacos, 1 burrito, and 1 nacho it was $75. We asked for asada in the tacos and we’ve got shredded beef. The worst and expensive.

Been here many times and never gotten something I didn’t fully enjoy. This food is well worth the price they charge, they do not disappoint. The best nachos in Waterford are served right here in this taco truck, give them a try!
