It was ok. None of it was terrible but there’s room for improvement. Staff could’ve definitely been nicer, but they weren’t rude either. Food came out in a timely manner, I could tell it was freshly made, and it is good value for the price. I’ve had much better birria than this. It was good, but not exceptional, and definitely not the best I’ve had.

We come here at least a few times a month, always recommend it to family and friends. The quesbirria tacos and the consume is so delicious, the tacos are always crispy and fresh. The express food truck is our go to route since it usually provides quicker to go service. The line can get a little long, due to it being in a small space but its worth the wait. My only complaint is they always always add onion and ciltantro in the comsume even if you ask for it to be without all that. It never fails we spend an extra 5-10 minutes taking iut all veggies from the consume despite saying no onions or cilantro. So i give them 4 stars, but we’ll always be back.

Food, service and atmosphere are great. The outdoor patio seating has a nice view. This place gets busy, and rightfully so, plan accordingly. Closed Mon-Tues.

We arrived around 3pm on Saturday and the parking lot was packed. They offered to seat us table, bar or outside. We waited about 5min and were seated inside.
The service was good. Server fast, friendly, and attentive.
I had flautas, rice, neams, n hubby had chees birria tacos. The food was good but all it’s are sold separately. They had 1 sampler plate you could order as an appetizer. But that was it.
They offer menudo but were sold out already by 3pm.
In my opinion this place is more for young people to hangout, watch games on their tvs, drink, and snack. It is not really a family oriented restaurant as the menu is only limited to birria and it is small inside.
