I’ve had good birria, I’ve had bad birria and this one is the best one in Danbury! Super pleased with the flavors and the cooking was definitely with love. Nothing beats a food truck experience for me 🙂 cant wait to come back and have more because I simply devoured this.

Hidden gem this place is! Found this looking for tacos. This place hits different. The QuesaBirra tacos with the consumé and the condiments were amazingly delicious. Also ordered the hot Cheeto elote. I will absolutely be back and will bring more people.

Cons: I hate to be negative on this post, especially for a small business. But things could be better with a little adjustment.
The elote had one flavor. It was coated in crushed Doritos and ketchup. So for the price ($6) it was a little disappointing. And the tacos Al pastor was good but still needed some seasoning.
We have eaten a lot of good tacos so I don’t thinks it’s just my palate. But I could be wrong.

The food was delicious. My husband and I got tacos, elote, and ramen birria. This is definitely somewhere we will come again and are so happy to have found it. I’m not sure where else it parks, but we saw it who leaving the home depot in Danbury. I went a while back and typing this review is making me crave the food again. They have a lot of different sauces too, I was excited to try them.

My fiancée’s tacos were amazing and so was my birria torta.
We love places that offer a topping bar.
Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay are accepted.
There are two tables at this place but you might as well eat in your car just in case you come at peak hours.
Taco Trucks like these are often a hidden gem, offering a much better flavorful experience for less money than a traditional Mexican restaurant.
The only con of this food truck, like many other food trucks, is that there’s no customer bathroom.

My first time having Birria from this location and although my tacos fell apart and they were super soggy they were good. (Fyi I ordered it through doordash, keep that in mind) They were not frugal with the meat, they filled those tacos up with so much meat it was good. I also, enjoyed the agua de jamaica it was delicious.

Was craving some tacos, and this place definitely nailed it. The food was fresh, and they had all the toppings available from limes to picó de gallo… and a bunch of sauces to customize which was my favorite part.
We tried the birria tacos, birria burritos, hot cheeks elote, horchata, and hibiscus juice….every item was good.
They even have a loyalty card.
(They’re located in the parking lot in front of the PC Richard’s)

10/10 food, one of the best Birria foods I’ve ever tried and the flavor is amazing. The people there are so kind and respectful and the service is great. I recommend this place the price is definitely worth it and I would come back again.
