I never seen any food with that kinds of spices.! It’s look normal after opening but inside of the food only spices and spices… I was not abled to eat them… They closed in Monday but they still kept open taking order in online..(It’s Wired).! Not.. Recommended.! And, the price was too high.

This place is horrible!!! I have never written review in my life. This is first time. First time, we went there to buy biryani, the lady said not ready yet. After one month, before we go there, and called the restaurant first to make sure biryani available twice. The guy said yes. So, we drove 25 minutes to arrive there. And when we got he said they have big order, and they can’t sell. I am so much disappointed. If you can’t sell why did you guy say in phone come and order. Waste of time!!! Just want to give message to the owner. Check with your employees. It is kind of disrespectful. Everyone time is valuable. Last time trying your restaurant.

Ordered food from Chennai Tiffin. The food was delicious. Ample quantity and perfect spice level. Vadakari was the star. The delivery was prompt and boxes well packed. Thank you for making the night success. Idli was less compared to chutney and sambhar quantity…next time I would order more Idli . Delivery cost was tad high but worth it.

I ordered on DoorDash for pick up, I’d never been here or seen the place or I might have reconsidered as the atmosphere is cheap and run down.
I got a text confirming receipt of my order. Estimate was 15 min. I get a text after 21 min saying food is ready for pickup. 5 min later I walk in.
They say it’ll be 5 more minutes. Ok, but why text the food was ready when it wasn’t? Another 5 min go by, then 10, then 15.. I was sitting there waiting an extra 20 minutes with no further acknowledgement.
When she finally packed the food up in front of me, she hands it over without so much as a “Sorry for the wait.”
Thought she might at least throw in some extra naan for keeping me there so long, but nothing.
Maybe she thought I was a dasher and not the actual customer, still no respect for others time.
When I got home to try the food, the chilli chicken was salty and the naan bread tasted metallic, like it was kneaded by someone with unwashed hands. Disgusting.

The butter chicken was kinda bland didn’t have much flavor when you eat the chicken no flavor at all I’ve tired other Indian restaurants and this one okay , also the garlic bread was a little to thick and didn’t taste like the other garlic nan I’ve tasted it was a 4/10 for me for all of it. I won’t be coming back but it’s nice that I tried this place to see if I liked it or would recommend others to come.

I am a big fan of Combos and was excited to try the Mutton Combo.
Disappointed with the mutton pieces on the Biryani and curry. It was so hard and basically non edible. Everything else was good but the Mutton pieces were a big bummer.

We catered from Chups for an event for 400 people. The food, snacks and tea/coffee was served on time, delicious and hot when served to the guests. Customer service was great and the prices were reasonable. They do a good job for small family parties as well as larger events. I would recommend Chennai Tiffins/Chups.
