Reviews
We went to brunch on a Saturday. It was quite but it’s also a beautiful day out. Service was great, food was ample and tasty and drinks (start at 1030am) were creative, fun and delicious. Menu is creative and pricing is consistent with other options around town.
Fun decorating with a good vibe. Multiple seating options for 2 to 10. We made reservations and didn’t really need them, but in talking to the server it seems like there are certainly times they are needed.
We also had drinks the night before with a friend here. Same stars same review. Nibbles and cocktails were spot in.
Short of the long – worth a visit for sure. A Moab style slice of a big city lounge/restaurant.
The dining room was clean, hip & low lit. We were sat immediately. Our server was friendly and attentive. We ordered the smoked salmon latkes, Braised short rib with fried cauliflower, mashed potatoes, the Prime Rib sandwich, a Squatter’s Double IPA, a tart gin cocktail, and a slice of blueberry lemon layer cake for dessert. All the food was fantastic and presented beautifully. We spent $156.53 including tip.
If you’re in Moab you’ve gotta go eat at BIRDY’S.
We started with drinks — my husband had an Old Fashioned, and I had a bourbon and Curaçao cocktail (can’t remember the name, but it was strong and delicious). His Old Fashioned was spot on.
For appetizers, we got the butter board and the chicken lollipops. Both were sooo good. The chicken lollipops were fried in duck fat, crispy and flavorful but not heavy. The butter board came with two sweet and one savory option, all served with homemade bread.
For mains, we ordered the Wagyu burger and the ribeye hatch chili queso sandwich. Both came with hand-cut fries that were cooked to absolute perfection. The ribeye sandwich was insanely tender and flavorful, and the Wagyu burger was juicy and perfectly topped with smoky bacon and fresh onion.
We honestly loved everything — the food, the service, the whole vibe. Birdy’s is definitely a must-try if you’re in Moab.
Food was the prime rib dinner: comes over a bed of mashed potatoes with cauliflower and sweet potatoe strips. New York strip with broccolini and sweet potatoes. Drinks: The Judy and Dirty Birdy. Dessert: Chocolate Ganache with a gold leaf, this was absolutely devine. Both drinks are amazing. Would recommend and would be back.
The interior has a great vibe and the staff were friendly. The food was even better. We got the breadboard, lobster Mac and cheese, a cheesesteak, and a chocolate dessert. Plenty of food for two. I’ll be thinking about the Mac and cheese and the dessert for weeks!
