In the small town of Wynne, Arkansas, where there aren’t many options for Chinese food, this restaurant is a solid choice. The service was very good, and it appears to be a family-owned establishment. The place was clean, and the food was enjoyable. I wouldn’t call it the best Chinese food I’ve ever had, but it was definitely good—especially considering the limited local options. As they say, you get what you pay for.

I come here often but never again. I always get the lo-mein noodles & they tasted spoiled my daughter also got some & she said her tasted spoiled as well. Called them & they said they couldn’t refund our money back & that she could only let her exchange for something else. But since I had complained once before I just had to suck it up she couldn’t let me exchange for anything. The first time a complained was because she had given me some spoiled shrimps again I had gotten double one for my daughter. She said nobody else had complained about it ok does that makes it right.

I have loved this place for years. The last few times I have eaten here I could tell that my food has just been reheated. It tastes awful. Everything is soggy and even inside the bags are moist and slimy. The crab rangoons, egg rolls, and chicken have no crunch to them whatsoever, all just soft and mushy.

Food is good, service is good. But, plastic ware to eat with, must get your own drink and tea is not one of the options. If you want condiments, you need to ask for them because they’re behind the counter. That said, I will definitely eat there again.

I eat at Bins at least once a month. Yesterday I ordered Orange Chicken and it had very little flavor and no orange/sweet flavor at all. It had a strange rank smell, and the chicken texture on the inside didn’t look like chicken, either thighs or chicken breast. When I called I was told they don’t use white meat, but something I didn’t understand. When I expressed concern about it including the smell and that it was different she hung up on me. After eating much less than half, my stomach got upset and I threw up.

Food barely has any taste. Not the chinese food that I am used to but their customer service is not the greatest either. I also got some chicken on a stick on Monday night and it was horrible but they were closed by the time I made it home to eat. They are closed on Tuesday and they wouldn’t even take the food back today. She said its too late! I have never heard of such! I will NEVER RETURN!

I ordered a large orange chicken With vegetables yesterday. When I made it home and opened it , it had a spoiled smell to it I ate some and it made me sick and I couldn’t eat anymore. I called and spoke with the cook which was the Lady. She did not order any refund or tried to fix the issue, she said they sell 100 pounds of chicken everyday and that there was no issue and that was all . That’s just shows you that certain people care about their money and not about their customers. I usually eat there all the time. They will never have my business again. This is just sad.

Great food. Excellent service. Mostly take-out orders but a few tables are available for dine in. Dine in food is served in to go boxes with plastic forks. Hard to eat with plastic utensils. Prices have increased dramatically in the last couple of years. But great food!!!

Their food is consistent and SOOO DELICIOUS! We love the General Tso Chicken, Lo Mein (thick noodles), Mei FUN (super thin noodles), Crab Rangoons, and Chicken Sticks. The employee who has always answered our calls just cracks us up with her non-chalant ways. We love it!

The onions are overwhelming and you can’t taste the veggies and meat, the orange chicken has to be eating within the second you eat it or else it gets hard. The ragoom is the only thing I like. The people are kind and fast but the food needs seasoning.
