The young lady working the register and as host was super helpful to me on the Saturday night that I came in. As the only employee who seemed to know English the best of the other workers, she helped me figure out what frozen dumpling offerings they had available as well as other types available for order. She made ordering a breeze and was pleasantly surprised at her wonderful customer service!

2nd time. Last time was before COVID
We ha rice and braised beef. Very tender beef. We wolfed through it before* remembered to take a pic of the large mound of rice, beef, and bok choy on the sides. The fresh cucumber salad was crunchy and had a nice garlic dressing.
Also got the lamb and pumpkin dumplings as well as an order of the chi and cabbage dumplings. All pretty good.

The food was delicious and fresh. The noodles were hand pulled. We could see the noodles being made which made it a nice experience.

Oh man oh man! I found another hand-pulled noodles place close to home! Score!! Woohoo! Right next to 99 Ranch market and close to the freeway.

My co-workers have been talking about this place back in the day. I have been going here with my family for years and took many friends as well. This location has changed from many different places and Bings’s seems to have stayed over seven years now! Good sign! I like their open space dining set up where the kitchen is open and you can see them make their dumplings and noodles…ooo lala!!

Their menu is very simple and everything is now below $19. Price inflation but some are reasonable. Go figure! Very good portions though. You can taste the difference. Had their spicy and regular beef braised noodle soup. Meat was tender and the noodles are soft! You can tell the noodles are made fresh. Also, I like their wonton noodle soup. All broth soups are very good. Spicy was not really spicy to me though so I had to added more spice! Haha Their Hot Oil-Seared (dry) Noodles with minced pork is also very good. Their wonton in Chili Oil is good as well. I also get their pork soup dumplings. Everything they make are pretty good! The dumpling wrap is not too thick and lots of meat inside. You need to learn to eat with chop sticks and soup spoon to drink the soup from the dumplings! Also, you have to make the right sauce to dip this in. They don’t offer free tea anymore. It’s only 50cents but It’s good.

My fave place when I am craving spicy dry noodles or beef braised noodle soup. I just wish they added more bok choy for more veggies for a balance.

Very surprising their service is still pretty good, friendly and attentive. Seems they are a family business. They speak pretty good English, too. We are regulars here! So this means I totally recommend this place!

Amazing food and great service. Large portions, we will be back! Forgot to take a picture of the braised beef and rice, that was so tender and 4 dishes was way too much for 2 people.

We went there before noon and we were able to get a table very quickly. We ordered the cucumber salad, shrimp and pork wonton in chili oil, pork and dill dumplings, and Lanzhou beef noodle soup. The smashed cucumber salad was okay, and the wonton was pretty good. The beef noodle soup and the dumplings were terrible and I’d definitely not gonna order those again. The noodles had a thick texture and the beef was very dry. Same as the dumpling skin and the fillings had a weird taste.

It’s been a while since we came back here. On my son graduation, he wanted to eat here again so we went there.
One thing I noticed everything was served in disposable plates.
My kids like soup dumplings, spicy wontons, sheared gyoza. I tried the brisket noodles soup and my wife spicy lanze spicy noodles soup.
Everything was not as good as before, the meat inside was dry. The soup was not tasty.
My brisket noodles soup was tasteless. The soup has no flavor, salty water. The meat is tender but no taste.
My daughter agreed that the food quality was bad.
This place is mostly for young people who like noodles, spicy food.
It was not a good experience for us.
We’ll not be coming back here again.

I love this spot for a comforting dinner. I’ve tried a handful of things, but I always find myself coming back to the spicy pork noodle and the xiao long bao, of course.

The noodles are delightfully chewy and have a good homemade texture, and the pork adds heaps of flavor to the dish. I don’t find it to be very spicy, which I enjoy. The xlb has a much more home style flavor and texture as compared to other higher end restaurants one might go to. They’re full of flavorful soup, and coupled with some ginger and chili oil you get an unbeatable bite.

Staff is friendly and the whole place feels like a mom and pop. I’ve never had an issue getting parking, and getting a table is usually quick.

It is a little hole in the wall place with real high-quality food. You would never guess it just from walking in. The food is really fresh-tasting.

And the waitresses are literally sprinting around, trying to make sure all your needs are met. The dumplings and noodles were the stars of the show.

Delicious Chinese dumplings, Xiao Long Bao and tasty Braised Beef Noodle Soup with great services. The waitress asked me if I wanted hot tea or water and I chose hot tea. We ordered more dishes. Because they tasted so good, I just kept eating and forgot to take pictures of the rest. We definitely will be coming back.
