We are a Portland local business that specializes northern Chinese food: Jianbings, handmade dumplings, noodles, etc. We’ve been in business since 2014 as just a food cart serving jianbings. A Jianbing is a Chinese wrap/crepe filled with scrambled egg layer, sweet and savory chili bean paste, green onion, cilantro, zhacai(preserved mustard tuber, delicious!) and crispy wonton crackers. It’s very delicious and has great texture to it. Also, jianbing has always been one of the top street foods in China. It’s perfect to eat it on the go! You can also choose our super popular add-ones such as roasted duck, Chinese sausage or BBQ pork. In 2022, we expanded to a dumpling and noodle bar and starting 2024 we have consolidated the two locations.

I happened to be in the area, and decided to come here for its Jianbing, one of the common dishes offered by food carts in China and yet hard to come by in the Rose City despite its diverse foodie scenes.
I got the Roast Duck Loaded Jianbing to go, and it was still great and tasty half hour later. The crust of Jianbing was crispy and the ingredients wrapped inside were full of flavors. Will certainly visit again when I am in the area.

Great neighborhood restaurant. Love going here with my vegan friends because there’s something for everyone. You order at the counter and bus your own table, so it’s super casual. The patio is nice on pretty days and the food options are shareable.

Tucked away on NW Vaughn St, Bing Mi Dumplings and Noodle Bar offers a cozy escape into authentic Northern Chinese flavors, specializing in handmade dumplings and hearty noodle bowls. The Beef Noodle Soup was deeply comforting, with tender beef and perfectly chewable noodle with a delicious broth. The service was prompt and friendly and was simple, clean, and efficient, perfect for a quick quality meal. A strong choice for noodle enthusiasts.

Came here from Joshua. He was not kidding. I would not change a thing about it.
Pro tip: While you wait (which doesn’t even take long, lol) the duck broth is a banger in cold weather. Lots of salty hot goodness.

By far one of my favorite places to eat in Portland. Soft, crunchy, fresh veggies, and the perfect ratio of ingredients. So good and you won’t really find anything like it anywhere else in Portland.

The food was unbelievably understated and excellent. It was beautiful, spicy but did not taste spicy, flavorful but did not punch the palate, it was simply artful and delicious. Balance and beauty in a bowl.

Bing Mi is my favorite place in Portland. It’s so delicious, comforting, and fresh. They have excellent vegan options. I really can’t recommend them enough. I have people who insist on eating there first when they come to town and if anyone wants a food recommendation, Bing Mi is my first thought. It’s authentic the service is fantastic. I love Bing Mi so much and everyone should try them out ASAP.

Bing Mi has great vegan options. I love the jian bing and love, love, love the soy milk. I wish I could buy that stuff to take home.

The food was really delicious. The bing was even better than I anticipated. But it’s honestly really expensive for what it is. The noodle portion was pretty small too. I would come more often if it were more affordable.

Eating a hot jianbing inside from the rain is the perfect brunch! The current 5 spice beef loaded jianbing is DELICIOUS! We also had the roasted duck jianbing and some of the dumplings. If you can, stay to eat as soon as it’s handed to you—the crunchy wonton layer and the zhacai pickles make every bite a treat. Was so excited to find out one of my favorite food carts has a brick and mortar restaurant with such a trendy, industrial vibe.
