Bindaas is such a great addition to Middletown. The food is fresh and tasty. My personal favorite is the masala dosa. I try other items occasionally and am always pleasantly surprised. The people running it are great & really care about the food. A true neighborhood spot.

Just tried the BEST punugulu and bonda from this food truck in Bear, DE! The punugulu was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and that spicy kick? Chef’s kiss ! And the bonda? Packed with flavor and texture – I’m obsessed! As someone who grew up eating these Telugu classics, I can say this truck nailed it. Authentic taste, huge portions, and super friendly service. 5 stars isn’t enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Will be back for more

Stopped by Bindaas food truck, on a whim and was blown away. The pachi mirchi chicken was smoky and aromatic, and the biryani was perfectly cooked. The mango lassi was the ideal sweet, cooling complement. Fresh, high-quality ingredients, hearty portions, and friendly service. A fantastic addition to Delaware’s food truck scene. Will definitely be back to try the biryani
