We Visited Bilmos for dinner on a wet and windy night in Chefchouan.
They are situated in the main square in Chefchouan Medina.
We were very warmly welcomed by the staff and seated in the interior.
The cuisine is mainly Moroccan with a few European dishes.
The Harrira Soup was very good being both tasty and wholesome.
We also enjoyed the Couscous Royal and the Kofta which were both tasty and delivered hot.
The service by the whole serving team was very friendly, helpful and informative.
We had a great time and meal and will certainly visit again when in Chefchouan.

Had a great time here for dinner. Our server Lob/Lov was great. There was a lot of seating options available, and they were able to accommodate a wheelchair guest. We had the veggie pasta and Shakshuka for dinner. The pasta was flavorful and had fresh vegetables. The Shakshuka came out sizzling and was very flavorful and rich. They also provided free a appetizer to share, with some lovely olives, lentils and aubergine with some warm pita. The mint lemonade was also delicious. Overall it was a great experience and I’d visit again when in the area.

Saw this on Trip advisor and was sceptical. I’m sooooo glad we traversed all the steps to get here! (When you visit you will know what I mean!).
Our waiter was “Lot”. I asked him for recommendations and he was courteous, polite and absolutely correct on his selection. I had the Bilmos pasta with shrimp and mushrooms with just a bit of heat. Absolutely delicious! My husband had the chicken skewers. Half way through our meal we switched. I don’t like BBQ sauce so I was glad it was on the side. Maybe an American would like it. The chicken was tender and absolutely delicious without hiding. Also delicious salad.
In all, not only would I recommend but I would return!

This is one of the best place we visited. everything was soo good, tasty, speed of serving and cooking was outstanding, all their items were great, we had dinner 2 times and our kids just loved it. I would highly recommend them trying

We were here on Friday , 23 during our travel. We had a vegetarian salad and absolutely loved it. The vegetables were incredibly fresh and the sauce was amazingly flavorful.The taste stayed with us long after the meal. The staff (İsa) was very friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent.

My wife and I stopped for dinner at Bilmo’s and absolutely loved it! I had the chicken skewers and she had some pasta – both were delicious. But let me say, the real stars were the crepes for dessert, and the excellent service by “War” (Warada). She was lovely to my wife, and very cheerful. All in, a wonderful dining experience!

The bilmos pasta in pink sauce was really good, we devoured it in a few minutes. However the chicken taco was not great. The fries and sauce that the taco came with was good. Taco was more of a burrito. A few cats as well, if they were docile it’s fine but these kept jumping onto the chairs and tables waiting for us to give food. Might be a disturbance for others.
