My sister and I recently discovered this place when we went and got ice cream, which is right beside each other. We made sure we came back and it definitely exceeded our expectations. I ordered the Shrimp Alfredo and my sister ordered the Philly Cheesesteak Pizza. It was so good I had to do a review on TikTok. We will be back ! 10/10 🙂

First time dining at Billy’s and I look forward to going back again soon! Jaylenn was our server and she did an excellent job! Our drinks stayed full and our order was taken promptly. We tried the sampler appetizer and thoroughly enjoyed it(fried mushrooms, mozzarella sticks and cheesy bread). The main entrees followed shortly after. They were very generous portions for the price and food was delicious. The service was friendly and good delivered quickly.

My husband and I ate lunch at Billy’s Italian Restaurant. He had a sausage and pepperoni pizza. I had a salad and a shrimp scampi pasta. Mine had good seasoning and the shrimp was good. My salad was good and so was the bread and butter, my pasta was overcooked. My husband’s pizza wasn’t the greatest. We did however like the atmosphere, and everything was very clean, very nice.

Seemed to be one waitress for the entire restaurant. Service was perfunctory. Lasagna tasted like Stouffer’s frozen but did have a good amount of sauce. Salad was small but fresh.

Worst experience dining in a restaurant in years. Completely ignored by all staff as we stood in the doorway for 10 minutes. Finally we sat ourselves at a dirty table and our party of 4 had a wait for over an hour for one pizza and one pasta. The table next to us ate and left before we even got our food and came in after us by 15 minutes. Didn’t even get plates or silverware. No apology. The waitress obviously knew there were not plates at our table because she didn’t bring any. Food was great right off my napkin and we all 4 shared the pasta from one bowl and plastic silverware.

We were traveling through and stopped at Billy’s for lunch. We ordered off the lunch menu….the eggplant Parmesan and the fried chicken Parmesan combos. The side salads were ok. The eggplant over spaghetti with sauce was traditionally breaded (with bread crumbs) and fried…delicious. The fried chicken Parmesan looked like fried chicken tenders chopped up over the spaghetti and sauce…not what we usually expect from chicken Parmesan. The bread was good and crispy.

I come to V’burg every 3 to 4 months. I’ve eaten lunch here 6 times over the last 2 years. Their artisan style pizza is superb. Even the one with cauliflower crust is good. Today I thought I should try something different, so I opted for the lasagna. Being homemade I expected it to be bubbley hot with the cheese on top slightly crusty. No. The plate was hotter than the food. Plate scorching (server warned me) while the lasagna was lukewarm. Must have been pre-made and kept in the fridge until ordered, then popped in the oven for a few minutes. It came out a lot quicker (before I even finished my salad) than I expected for baking such a dish, and I like to cook. I expected to wait 10 minutes, not 2 minutes. It was out faster than pizzas in the past. It was rather bland – no garlic, no oregano, no basil. Cheeses were good, meat layer was skimpy, and their sweet tomato sauce is too sweet for me. Not quite dessert, but almost. The Italian bread was good, but came with cinnamon butter rather than garlic butter. No garlic butter in an Italian restaurant? What gives? Server Chandler was fairly attentive and their whole staff is friendly and welcoming, as always. I will still come back on future trips, but will stick with their pizza. Previously I sort of wished they would use some or a little more tomato sauce on their pizzas, depending on which one I get, but after having the sauce on my lasagna today, I’m glad they don’t. Stick with the pizzas or calzones.

Ate here on a Wednesday 4/12 about 3pm. Always love their pizza when I come to town. Lauren was a good waitress. There were only 2 other people in the restaurant at this time in the afternoon. I had the large supreme pizza. It also looks like they have expanded their beer offerings and other adult beverages (like vodka and grapefruit juice in a can), so when I am here at supper time, I may give those a try.

Billy’s been a Vicksburg staples for a while. If you don’t want to eat at restaurants in downtown then Billy’s is probably one of the best restaurant you can eat in the city.
Pizza and pasta are great. Even the food is for good to go order. Pasta taste like homemade
The only downside is that they put yellow onion on pizza instead of red onion.
Why order cheap pizza from domino’s or little Cesar when you can buy a better pizza from a local pizzeria.

Tried this with my friends while on a road trip. We were concerned at first about where this place is located but, I was glad that we stuck around to try. It’s incredible Italian food, I just can’t say the atmosphere really gives off Italian restaurant vibes. I wished they had veil on the menu, it was sorely missed but the portions of what I had was great and so was the price.
