The Combination Fried Rice, IMO is an old school style rice that’s hard to find in most states. The visual appeal of the rice is 5 stars. The flavor profile is 4 – 4.5 (texture was pretty good between the bean sprouts and the BBQ pork). Customer service for us was ‘meh’. It was moderately cold outside so they had the heater piped up to scorch mode. 3 stars for both of those. Ordered the California roll (1 star). I would eat here again purely based on the egg rolls and fried rice. I’m confident the customer would improve if you vocalized it. I chose this place for the rice and egg roll (was not disappointed).

BillyTse restaurant should be shut down for good. You smell the urinals in the eating area. The Thai basil chicken is horrible it tastes like it came from a lab and nothing like chicken. When ordered for delivery could not even eat it. It used to be good.

We ate inside and the food was amazing inside the place. We ordered a to go as well and that food was burnt and dry. So I feel like the cooks kinda didn’t care for the quality of the to go food. Still gonna give 5 stars I’d just be careful with the to go part.

This was the worst food I’ve ever eaten – anywhere. The General Tsao chicken was inedible in both texture and taste. I honestly had no idea chicken could taste like shrimp, but now I know it’s possible. The “Thai noodles” were chopped to be about 1” short, and the sauce was bland and mostly watery. I honestly felt that whoever cooked this food must have had a genuine hatred for food in general. I’m just hoping I don’t develop food poisoning from the very small amount of food I actually ingested. Truly the most disgusting meal I’ve ever had in my life.

We ordered the tangerine chicken and the sesame chicken and they were mediocre but the bill was almost $50. Pretty pricey for take out considering it doesn’t even include rice. Would definitely recommend China House over these guys if you’re looking in the North End.
