Spent $25 for 1lb sliced brisket- this is what I got. Dry leftover pieces of brisket. ( more chopped and pie ed than sliced)And I was told they don’t take $50’s or $100’s really my bill was $42. This is terrible food and service.

I really wanted to go to Zarley’s next door but it looked totally closed so I ducked into Billy Sims instead. (Zarley’s was actually open and they do share an inner door with Billy Sims… I guess so you can go next door for ice cream.)
I ordered the mac and cheese with pulled pork. It’s on the smaller side but that’s great for lunch. It was really dressed nicely with sour cream, bbq sauce, green onions, red onions, pickles and a sprinkling of spice. Service was friendly and fast.

3 meat plate via door dash. Pulled pork was very dry and chewy. Pork was not edible. Only got 2 small dry pieces of brisket with a few crumbles. Chicken was ok.

Here is the problem that I have with the Billy Sims barbecue in Sapulpa, first of all they Will not answer their phone, secondly, the last five times I’ve been there and I’ve asked for a potato the loaded potato. I have gotten the answer. We just sold our last one, I’m not kidding you the last five times I’ve been there!!!! now they have the best Hickory sauce I’ve ever had ever tasted it so so good so tomorrow I’ll be going to Jenks location and I guess I’ll be getting my spud from there and I’ll be stocking up on Hickory barbecue sauce because Sapulpa has horrible horrible service, he could’ve cared less that I was a little upset that you know the last five times I’ve been there they’ve said the exact same thing. It was 7:15 pm and he was already wrapping up and getting ready to close for the night and I was just a person that was insignificant. What a shame is all I can say what a shame

Had the Heisman as usual and it was excellent. Wait time was excessive this time and the line wasn’t long at all, my only issue. Had I not wanted the food so bad I’d have been gone, considered leaving multiple times. I’d go back though and chalk it up to a one-off experience, always love the food at Billy Sims…

I ordered 2 potatoes with chopped brisket and requested extra brisket on both as well. Gentleman asked if we wanted the captains so we said sure. I got home and opened the boxes to find 4 potatoes with 4 cups of brisket. Pic in comments. Tasted good. I only was able to eat 1/4 of it before I was stuffed.

I called in a to go order. I ordered four meals. The food was very cold and not fresh at all. It tastes like it’s 3 or 4 days old. My onion was also moldy (see picture).The workers were nice and friendly but the food was horrible. I will not be going back. If this place continues to serve food like this, it will not be in business much longer.
