We were scrambling to find a place to eat before a concert. Came upon Billy Burgers, we got our food in about 15 mins, and it was soooooo good. I got the bacon Billy burger, my partner got the simple Billy. They were juicy, hot, the buns were unbelievably soft. My only advice is finding a better place to eat than your car; they are a little messy, but a good, delicious messy. Definitely will be going back.

Absolutely amazing food, and an even more amazing owner! It was very nice to talk to the owner. It was great service, and he answered every question I asked. Fantastic local business, and is open late. WAYYY more worth the money than the McDonald’s nearby!

Got the simple Billy which was extremely well seasoned and massive. Comes with fries as well. I would say much better quality than your restaurant burger
Atmosphere:
There are 3 picnics tables outside. Kind of what you would expect from a street Foodcart. Keep in mind I have not been here while the taproom is open.
Overall great cart with good service and a delicious burger.

A burger with the perfect combination of juicy, tender, and crispy, but there’s only so many atmosphere stars you can score as a lone podless cart. Even the fries were good, and I don’t usually like crinkle cut. I can’t wait to try the milkshakes… when it’s a little less cold and rainy.

First of all, there was only one guy there and so it might be a little slower but it’s worth the wait! He is very friendly and the food is great! The portions are big and the sauces are very flavorful. One of my favorite aspects of the meal were the fries and Oreo shake! Def recommend if you’re in the area! I got the jalapeño burger which was excellent.

I had the Simple Billy with regular fries and it was the BEST HAMBURGER EVER!! they add an onion ring where when you bite into it, you get the tastes of the juicy meat and then you get the crunch of the onion ring. As a person on the spectrum I sometimes have food adversions. There’s no rhythm or rythem on when it strikes. Hamburgers are overall is a good safe food for me, but this was an experience I’ll never forget. The food cart is right in front of a Tap Room so you can order food and drink in the Tap Room. They have our door seating as well

This humble burger cart is a great and welcome addition to our neighborhood! I’ve tried the Bacon Billy Burger and the Chicken Billy. Both were delicious!
The Bacon Billy Burger comes with full sized slices of thick bacon cooked to perfection. The patties are cooked to medium done, leaving the burger juicy and flavorful.
The Chicken Billy has deliciously crispy chicken tenders that are well seasoned. All sandwiches come with your choice of condiments. Beef burgers come with your choice of single, double, or triple patties. Billy Sauce is their own take on a traditional burger sauce, but we agree that the jalapeño sauce and garlic sauce are where it’s at!
Additionally the French fries are absolutely bangin’! Whatever they season them with makes all the difference, a little garlicky yet a little tangy. Not the crispiest fries around, but still really dang tasty.
The service here is friendly and quick! I love that they are open late. A burger (which comes with fries) will cost you about the same or just a few dollars more than a combo meal at the McDonald’s across the street, depending on what you order.
I hope this humble neighborhood burger cart sticks around for a long time because they have become our weekly “treat”.
