The remodel looks amazing! It creates a welcoming atmosphere that’s very comfortable. The staff were incredibly nice and friendly, making the experience even better.
I had breakfast, and it was excellent—the carne asada omelet was filling and delicious, and I will definitely be returning for more. The only slight disappointment was the hash browns, which could have used a bit more flavor. I’m looking forward to trying the lunch menu on my next visit!

This place is an easy two stars. When you walk in, you place your order at the register. Then you’re given a number and can sit wherever you like. We ordered the carne asada nachos, carne asada plate, carne asada burrito, and bacon burrito. We asked for the carne asada to be cooked well done and crispy, but it wasn’t. To avoid making a big deal, we only requested the carne asada from the plate to be cooked more, since the nachos and burrito were already a lost cause. When they brought it back, it looked exactly the same. The carne asada was bland, and both the salsa and beans tasted like they came straight from a can. Nothing about the food stood out.
I used to come here with my coworkers before the remodel, and they swore by this place. Maybe there’s a new owner now. Either way, I won’t be coming back. It’s too pricey for food and service that are nothing special.

Billy boys is a city of Orange staple. Great food at any time of the day and with the addition of the drive thru, it’s more convenient than ever. I just wish they had a couple vegan options so the whole fam could eat here.

I’m a local, this place has changed. The remodel made this place look better. However the friendly relaxing atmosphere is gone. You cannot stroll in and sit down. You are stopped and told to order at the counter. If you want customer service this place isn’t for you. Call me old school because when I go to a family diner I would like to be seated then decide what I want.

3-22-18 first time coming here, conveniently located across the street from Big A Motel. Got the 7$ cheeseburger combo with 2 side ranches and it came to be $8.30 with tax. Nice inside area, tons of seating. Good drink selection with a horchata dispenser.
Burger was really good and they give you A LOT of fries but very little ketchup so ask for more or dine in.
Overall will be coming back here as the prices were good for the combo and the food was good. Pretty decent menu as well.
