This place is amazing. Everything tasted very fresh down to the tomatoes on the side salad. Service was great and I enjoyed the quiet, western vibe. I have not ever seen a deep fried potato salad but it exists here and is a must try!

Last time we got food from here, we did a call in order. Was told 45 minutes. 45 minutes later when we arrived, they had not even started with our order. 45 more min later we finally got the order but with missing items. We checked our order before leaving and I went in to tell them what we were missing. The old guy in kitchen practically called me a liar so I brought all the food back in for him to check. Once he realized he was wrong, he got the missing items without so much as an apology. We also ordered my son’s kid meal sliders plain over the phone and were told they come plain. Unfortunately, we did not check his sliders, only that we got them but they were loaded with crap a kid wouldn’t est. I complained privately on FB messenger to them and it was left on “read” without so much as an apology. That was the last time we ate there.

Stopped in after hiking Twin Arches on the way back to Bandy Creek and ordered To-Go. Server was friendly and service was quick! Portions were LARGE. Ordered 2 BBQ dinners, one pork, one chicken. Each came with two generous sides. The pulled pork was better than the pulled chicken (overcooked/a bit dry and was spicy which was unexpected). Coleslaw & baked beans were really good! Mac n Cheese & green beans were pretty flavorless/unseasoned. I added my own salt & pepper. Overall was impressed with this being a hole-in-the-wall in the middle of nowhere! Worth the stop if you’re hungry after a hike.

I’ve been twice. Had the special one day which was spaghetti. Excellent. Next time friend had prime rib and she was completely satisfied. I had baked salmon on salad. Wonderful! All fresh tasting. So far, so good.

First customers at mid-afternoon opening. Enjoyed banter with server Rachel who had recently arrived from Oklahoma. Interesting place. Very clean. Food was good. Suggest arriving closer to traditional dinner hour to allow staff additional preparation time. Would definitely return.

Great place for decent BBQ. Selection is decent and it has a nice calm atmosphere with a western flair. The sides are some of the best and smoked meats are your usual flair. Prices aren’t bad for a once in a while visit. Check them out and judge for yourself.

Please people come and eat at this place it’s so good and it’s in Jamestown Tennessee and this town lost a lot of uTV business from some of the trails closed last year! But guess what? They are opening most of the trails as we speak so go to blackhouse campground to stay in their cabins or bring your motor home they trails here are spectacular!! And go and eat here for dinner it is so good and the lady that owns it is wonderful and could use your business! Staff is awesome there too ! SO UTV PEOPLE MAKE A RESERVATION AR THIS CAMPGROUND AND GO EAT HERE!!

Jamestown is a small quiet country place. We like homestyle food. In my opinion this restaurant is trying to be big city like. Prices are a bit high and they are trying to be fancy. They don’t have to-go cups.
There’s a nice back room that
used to have line dancing. They should bring that back. Or live music.

Got the prime rib special. Cold, undercooked. Tough, $30 for a $12 piece of meat some under cooked potatoes and a slice of bread. Best part was the friendly waitress and the slice of bread. Won’t be back
