The flavors are on point the prices are cheaper than expected and you definitely get your moneys worth. Also the staff is polite and the environment is friendly. They have chairs and tables with umbrellas in front of the store. They’ve done a great job of creating a beach-y vibe right here in Texas. And idk how they did it but the shaved ice is the made with pure maintain water or something it’s so clean and refreshing! The one on the left is Nerds plus condensed milk and the one on the right is Blue Raspberry Sour Patch and yes the tea sour swirl is not just on the top layer it’s in the whole thing

Just like other locations I’ve visited, the sno cones are delicious ! The inside was clean as well as their patio. With the exception of not having the umbrella ☂️ on the drink they looked just like the picture on the menu. Prices are cheap in my opinion. I saw some complaints about prices but $4.99 for a regular (16oz) and my kids couldn’t even finish them. That’s a bargain. The staff was great as well and even checked on us while sitting on the patio. Only took a few minutes to get all 3 of our sno cones as well. Love that we have one local now. My kids daycare is right across the street so we’ll definitely be stopping by frequently. Oh, the color changing spoons were a really cool touch too. My kids loved them.

I got the mango tango and it’s delicious, i love the drink carriers and there was little to no wait. Customer service was good, prices are fair and the avalanche size is actually huge. 10/10 highly recommend, a must stop!

They’re trying their best. The sno is really good. The guy saying the flavors sucked is tripping. This is and always will be better than Jeremiah’s. The coconut kulana tastes like the coconut creme frappuccino from Starbucks 2011ish.

I’ve been to this location a couple of times hoping the sno cones would taste like other locations. But all the times I’ve been, the sno cones have been below average. The “snow” tastes like it’s made with well water & the syrup leaves an odd aftertaste. It’s disappointing but I’ll stick with the other locations around Houston.

Snowcone was legit but the experience was better. I believe it was the owner or manager that helped me with the menu, the young man who brought me my snowcone was very nice, and when I left the manager called me by name thanking me for coming in.

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I came for the second time and the service was just as terrible as the first time, if not worse. I attempted to go through the drive-thru both time and was waiting for over 5 minutes each time saying hello every minute without an answer. Both times we drove up to the window and were looked at like crazy people. This time there was a car behind us and as we pulled up to the window they were taking the other persons order. To put the cherry on top as they were handing us our order we heard one of the employees say “we should’ve spit in it”. They’re snowcones are good but it’s unfortunate their service doesn’t compare.

I never leave reviews, but this time I feel like I have to. The prices were ridiculous, everything was overpriced and penny pinching, nickel and diming you. I decided to splurge for my cheat day and got a snow cone with all the works. The taste hit me immediately rotten, overpowering, just plain nasty. I threw it away right there and left without saying a word. By the time I got home, my stomach was cramping bad, and not long after came the diarrhea. Two days of absolute hell. I’m finally starting to feel a little better, but never again. Never
