It pains me to say anything negative about Bills, because it’s truly my favorite pizza ever. With that being said, last night I was extremely disappointed as I had called and ordered a pizza and wings over the phone. This was at 6:22pm and they said about an hour/hour and a half. So I’m expecting 7:30-7:45 as I live just down the road. It was almost 2 hours later and I call to ask what’s going on, she tells me “no one picked your order up” and I ask how long it’s been ready? She says AN HOUR! I said “So you weren’t going to call and inform me of this?” She knew immediately who I was and my order. Was fully aware it’s been sitting there for an hour. I came to pick it up and demanded it be remade. Ever since Bills has turned to DoorDash for deliveries, it’s been a disaster. Of course I can just come pick it up myself, but sometimes after a long day – the convenience of delivery is worth it. Well not anymore. This was unacceptable. As a customer of 20+ years too, just shameful.

Bulls has some of the best pizza on the face of the planet. But you better be willing to deal with some of the worst service ever to get it. Don’t get me wrong, we still order from them, but we know that if they say everything will be ready in 30 minutes, it will take at least an hour.
Best not to do an online order as their system is unreliable. The past three times we have ordered using the online system has been lost. When we get there to pick it up, they say they need to just start it.
If you want some of the best pizza I have tasted, either dine in or call in the order. And even then, make sure you give them extra time beyond what they say it will take.

I just moved here and tried it twice- double decker and thin crust and I just don’t find it to be good at all… and honestly I am not very picky with pizza. The sauce is gross and sweet and the cheese (mostly on the double decker) is very tough, chewy and cheap tasting- nothing like a Lou malnatis cheese pull. My family agreed.

+ An extra 5⭐ rating for all of the ambience and original decorum which is not inexpensive. You could say it might be a little redundant with atmosphere, but, the ambience was very tangible.
I absolutely have no negative issues with Bill’s Pizza and Pub North!
The service was fantastic, we went early and were just about done before the crowds started to come in. Our server was fantastic. I wish I would have gotten her name. Anyway, a 30% tip was actually cheap.
Everything was pretty simple, I got the Bill’s specialty Pizza large thin crust. My wife had gotten the Greek salad, and the cheese stuffed shrimp. My wife was drinking some cherry ginger ale, I just had Mr pibb. The food was well made and was extremely flavorful.
I couldn’t bring myself to throw the peanut shells on the floor, so we piled them up into one of our extra appetizer plates. This facility was extremely clean. And, I might add the bathrooms were spotless, The layout was nice, and remember, clean bathrooms mean clean kitchens. I won’t eat in a facility that has dirty bathrooms, that’s why I check before we walk all the way in. All in all, I have to rate them way way up there! Do yourself a favor and stop on in.

We ordered Italian beefs to go. It was honestly the worst sandwich I have ever eaten. We normally like the pizza here, but I highly doubt I will ever go back unless it’s the only thing open. It was terrible! We ordered extra dipped. The sandwichs were super dry and the meat was like rubber. If you’re going to serve this to people you may as well just say you’re out of stock and close. I was sooo disappointed!! On top of that, most of my fry’s were crumbs. Very sad!

So where to start I am still sitting in the restaurant after waiting over a hour for a table for me and my family that was in from out of town. We the. Waited another 20 minutes for our drinks. Never got refills. We where a party of 8 and no one had food that they enjoyed or was hot for that matter the picture is of the Italian beef my wife had that was so chewy that it could bounce off the floor. The fries weren’t even cooked all the way. Needless to say this was the worst service we have had in quite some time. Specially when the table next to us that got seated 45 minutes after us received there order before us clearly they had a better waitress.

Our waitress was such a hoot- very funny and attentive. We enjoyed Bills’ special double decker which was amazing. Add the specialty drink, and the experience was perfect! I will definitely go back soon.

This is a rustic woodsy atmosphere. Peanut shells are all over the floor. Probably not a great choice for those with peanut allergies. We order the wings they are meaty and flavorful without any sauce. We also had the Double Decker pizza. This is one of our favorites.
