In 1928, Bill Jackson opened the very first Bill’s Hot Dogs serving “nuclear-red” hot dogs. Serving their classic dog in one style, the hot dogs are first fried then dropped into a steam bun. While many hot dog joints opt to put the toppings on top, Bill’s does it their way placing them beneath the dog and letting the flavors melt into the bun. The all-the-way dog is served with chopped raw onions adding a peppered kick, mustard, and the signature ‘top-secret’ chili.

Getting tired of being shorted on Hot dog condiments. Have to ask for extra everything all the time. Unreal, in comparison to Washington location where I grew up. Recently got some and hardly had any normal ATW condiments at all on 6 hot dogs. Dinner time should not make a difference.
Washington gives you so much chili and onions you can hardly stand it. Without asking for any extra.

The fries…holy Jesus I love those fries . Reminds me of a pizza place back in the day in Rocky Mount called Omar’s. The combo to get at Omar’s was the philly combo. The fries got finished 1st then the philly was eaten quickly afterwards.

Dang. Discovered this place last year and it was awesome. Went back this year during a visit and it’s not the same. The relish isn’t right and needed a bit more as a portion. The hot dog itself doesn’t even the taste same as looks different than it did last year. Maybe they changed ownership or vendors because I agree with all the other recent reviews but gave it a try anyway. However, they still taste okay and are cheap.

Today me and my son came to bills hot dogs we got a smoked sausage dog that was amazing the fries were truly delicious as well but the staff don’t get me started on how amazing they are they treated us like we were family and in times like this you don’t always get great service and great food thank yall so much for making little moments like this with my son so great yall made me and my sons day from the bottom of my heart we thank you wonderful ladies we can’t wait to visit again best smoked sausage dogs on the east coast if you come here you won’t be disappointed

Went in to grab some breakfast yesterday morning, the staff was so sweet.
The cheese biscuits were okay, not the best around, but hot and fresh. The fresh sausage dog was pretty good, liked that more than the smoked one I got a while back. Pretty middle of the road, but it’s also pretty cheap, so I feel you get what you pay for.
Absolutely loved the staff. I wish they had some seats indoors, I’d might feel more interested in going more often.
I wish I could rate it higher, but I would still recommend giving them a try : )

The best cheese biscuit around. Get you the honey butter cheese biscuit….its what dreams are made of. And yeah there is one lady who works there who is a little cranky but the rest are all sweet. And honestly the one cranky lady is just part of the experience. It’s the south. If you were frying hotdogs all day in 100 degree heat you might be cranky, too.
