DISCLAIMER: I’m honored to be a Top 10 Reviewer for Google. I do my best to be fair and honest but realize your experience may differ from mine. So, please keep that in mind when considering this restaurant, establishment, and/or venue. REVIEW: Employees weren’t very friendly or helpful. There was very little mear on my sandwich plus it didn’t taste all that great. This company used to have great food and service. Disappointed they no longer seem to.

This is what a sub shop should be like! Easy menu to choose from and service was outstanding! The Belly Buster just so happened to be screaming my name.
I made this a combo and got the potato salad and 1/2 & 1/2 iced tea!
The potato salad was perfect however, I wanted more!! The sub was outstanding!!! I decided to add olives & pickles truly a sub that I would come back for again & again!
It was such a gorgeous day we had lunch on the patio – days like that did never be passed by!!

We drive by two to three different Bill and Ruth’s to eat at this one specifically. The staff are always quick and happy to help! The good is always great. I have food allergies and they always make sure my food is prepared right. We love this place and will continue to come back!! Thank you for such great service in a world that seems not to care as much anymore!

Never again i revisited today, 06/15/2023and customer service sucked! The woman in the DT window is very rude!! THIS HAPPENED LAST YEAR-Highly disappointed in my super sub today! Seems like it was pre-made and refrigerated! The bread was as cold as the cold cuts. The lettuce was soggy not fresh. I had ordered it with onions and there weren’t any onions on it. Looks like I need to find another sandwich shop!

My favorite sandwich at Bill & Ruth’s on cherry street: roasted chicken with everything plus their tabouli. I get the Jalapeño sauce on the side so I can decide how much I want in each bite. So good!

My first time here and it was a good 1st impression! I got the large turkey and cheese on a sub roll. (No tomato). The dressing was great and everything was fresh. I got the combo & I asked for potato salad. I forgot to take a pic cuz I was starving and ate it in about 4 bites (I was a little surprised the portion was that small). I also tried a piece of baklava. This was only my second time to try it and compared to the first one I tried, it was not as good. But still flaky and ok! The drive thru window was a little hit of a wait to order but it was ok.

I placed a catering order for boxed lunches for my employees. The manager was very helpful guiding me through the options, and my order was ready on time. The subs were all great, and my employees were happy with the variety of options that included chips and a drink. I also come here for lunch almost weekly, and every time the entire staff is friendly and the food is exceptional!
