Took my daughter and her friend here. Ordered burgers, fries and wings. Wings were some of the worst I’ve ever had and I couldn’t finish them. Barely any meat. Super dry ends. Not hot temperature wise and now my stomach is starting to hurt. My daughter doesn’t typically discriminate over burger and fries and didn’t eat much of hers either. Disappointed.

Worst Bill gray’s location. Just got a cheeseburger plate and the burgers were raw. Not just pink in the middle, raw. There’s no way you couldn’t see it was raw before adding cheese. This is the 3rd time trying this location and every time has been a disappointment. And of course no answer when you call.

The guy working the counter, Jack. Give that kid a raise. He seriously deserves it. Better be at least a $2/h raise!! Absolutely great worker. He made it a good visit. Was definitely a step up in the quality of employees and cleanliness.

The worst bartender I’ve ever seen. Stopped in for a cheeseburger & beer, asked a simple question about the beer. She tossed me a beer menu & then promptly ignored me. I eventually got up & left with no food or service needless to say I will not be going back to this establishment. Worst bartender I’ve ever seen. So I hadn’t been to Bill Gray’s in a while. I bought chicken, fries and a vanilla milk shake.
The chicken was OK, its not over cooked. You can tell that it is frozen and then thawed and fried. The fries too. The milkshake was very good and quite large compared to other places.
It seems that they mainly hire children, plus you can’t come here expecting Patron Saint level, so in terms of service, the did very well. The bathroom could be cleaner. Overall, I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here, but if youre just on the way home or headed out and want a quick bite with the kids, easy choice

Nice place for a good burger meal. Love their double bacon cheeseburger with meat sauce. Kid loves their burger and tater tots, and pizza logs area hit with him. Chicken sandwich is a great option also. Onion rings are good when crispy. Sometimes they come out soggy/oily. Nice thing is you can also get ice cream for dessert!
