Got the fish and chips. Cost 21.69 and while it was very fresh. The fish had no flavor or salt at all and the tarter sauce has a weird flavor and big chunks in it. It was well cooked and not dry. The fries were very very crisp and good, and I would recommended the garlic on them. All in all i found it very overpriced for what it is. The kid serving was great and probably the best part. I didn’t try the coleslaw because the way it was served really grossed me out. Didn’t look like coleslaw I have seen before so maybe it was good, but the blob made my stomach do spins. I think if it cost less I might feel differently about this place, but the fish wasn’t good and it was expensive. The service was amazing though and

Honestly this place is one of the best food trucks I have ever had! Very time I come to Utah I make a pitch stop here at Biko! I have had from their cheeseburger, chicken tenders, fish tacos! And the Philly cheesesteak, legit have almost tried everything on the menu! This last vist I decided to try his asada tacos (huge craving of mine lately) and a burger for my bf!
I tell you that the food was sooooo heavenly good! Worth my money, worth the drive, legit worth everything!!

One of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. Delicious fries. Guy who runs the truck knows how to make good food and extremely nice and friendly. Highly recommend. Burger was tender and juicy, veggies were fresh, everything was cooked perfectly.

3 tacos for 18$ can’t get them in singles.
The “fish” taco should be called vegetable taco with fish. The al pastor taco could use different flavors im confused what they were trying to do with it. I still ended up eating it, not letting food or money go to waste. Hoped for better!

I wanted to comment on the service. My husband and I were trying to decide between the two food trucks and decided in the end to go to Taquers. The employee in the Biko truck was glaring so hard at us.
Once we sat to eat, that employee went to a couple who had ordered from him and asked how they enjoyed their food, which is great.
As we were leaving, we saw a big group show up. As we drove away my husband saw they went straight to Taquers and the Biko employee yelling over to them.
It just made the experience awkward instead of enjoyable.
