A visit to Bikanervala had been on my list for over a year. It’s such a popular chain in India, and since one of my friend owns the franchise, I was especially excited to finally experience it for myself.
The moment I stepped in, I could feel the vibrant energy and welcoming atmosphere. My friend kindly treated me to chole bhature, raj kachori, and mango lassi — and what a feast it was!
The chole were rich and flavorful, the bhature perfectly soft and buttery, and the pickle on the side elevated everything. Absolutely delicious. Then came the raj kachori — truly unbelievable in taste. Crisp, fresh, and beautifully topped with ginger and pomegranate, every bite felt authentic and made with natural ingredients. It genuinely reminded me of real, traditional Indian street food.
To finish, I had the mango lassi — thick, refreshing, and perfectly sweet. It paired so well after the raj kachori, and even after finishing everything, the flavors lingered in the best possible way.
I loved the food so much that I couldn’t resist ordering multiple varieties of sweets to take home. I haven’t tasted them yet, but if they’re anything like the rest of the meal, I know they’ll be amazing. Totally worth it!
I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to take my family there for a weekend outing. I just wish they would open in the Frisco area soon — I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Visited Bikanerwala and really enjoyed most of the items we tried. The chole bhature, raj kachori, and dahi chaat were all delicious and had that authentic North Indian taste. However, the chai didn’t feel fresh, and the quantity of chole was quite less for the two bhature served. Overall, good flavors and a nice experience, just a few improvements needed.

I visited this location for the first time and unfortunately it was a bit disappointing. We tried the chole bhature but found the chole to be pretty average in flavor. The raj kachori was also not great as it felt very dry.
The sev puri was a surprise since it was served in pani puri puri rather flat sev puri. It didn’t really taste like a traditional sev puri but felt more like eating a pani puri filled with potato masala and topped with sev. To finish, the mango lassi was a bit too sweet for our taste.
Overall, given the experience, it wasn’t quite what we expected.

Flooda, was not at all what was expected tonight. Too much vermicelli. And I really thought about how it comes in a tall glass when I usually get it. Also I’ve had better tasting Pani puri. The authenticity of the Pani puri wasn’t there and I think it could improve a bit more. Otherwise most of the food we’ve tried have been consistent and so good and that’s why we keep coming back.

Visited today and had a wonderful experience. I tried the chaat items all were my favorites and definitely a must-try. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming. The service provided by Bindu and Triveni was excellent very attentive and friendly. The Holi celebration today was beautiful and made the visit even more special. Highly recommended

I recently visited Bikanerwale during off-peak hours. The overall experience was average. The food lacked the authentic taste I was expecting, and the quality didn’t feel up to the usual standard. It was also disappointing that the food was not served hot.
That said, it might have been an off day or timing issue since I visited during non-busy hours. Hoping for a better experience next time.

We ordered chhole bhature, sev puri, raj kachori, and lassi. The bhature was really good, fresh and nicely cooked. but the chhole was just okay. The sev puri, raj kachori, and lassi were also average. Overall, the flavors felt a bit flat and nothing really stood out

We had an excellent experience at Bikanerwala – Irving. Their menu is incredibly diverse, and the food is both delicious and of high quality. Their chat items and kachoris are particularly tasty and well-prepared.
Their sweet section is equally impressive, offering a wide variety of options, including some truly exceptional rasagullas and gulab jamuns.
We highly recommend Bikanerwala and hope they expand to Houston soon.

Bikanervala Irving has an excellent staff and manager who were very helpful with preparing a large order with a selections from the sweets case for a Diwali event. The sweets were fresh and beautifully presented in the boxes. We received many compliments from our customer.
Then we enjoyed a lovely lunch and the flavors of the food were fantastic. The dining room is quiet which makes it easy to talk and the staff was attentive and courteous.
