I keep thinking that I’m going to eat something here that I don’t like and instead I just keep finding so many new things to love. The only thing I don’t like is that it can be pricey for the amount you get, BUT it WILL be made wth premium quality ingredients. !!!! You can taste the difference between these desserts and other bakeries. I’ve spent over $100 here just trying several different desserts this past month. I will be back.

Yall don’t eat it all before I get there!

Went with some girlfriends and we split the gelato and a gorgeous chocolate cake topped with gold leaf. We also had espresso shots—everything was so fresh and delicious! The staff was incredibly friendly and kind, and the customer service was excellent. Such a great experience

We have been searching for a great and authentic French patisserie for a while and Jayce Baudry is by far our favorite.
The Montclair-Brest is probably the best Paris-Brest version we have had so far. Equally, other pastries and cakes such as the raspberry macaron or “The Rock” have all been amazing.
We’ve stopped by 4 times so far in the last 2 weeks and will be back many more times.

I go to Jayce’s often and I absolutely love it!

Everything always tastes amazing and looks so beautiful. I’ve never had a bad item from this place.

The chocolate flourless cake is truly the best item on this menu. It is so decadent and tastes so amazing, I could literally eat 4 individuals in one sitting.

This place is truly authentic and I can’t wait to keep trying more items from here, whether you eat there or take it to go, you won’t be disappointed with any items here!

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS BAKED TREATS: I have been to this French-style bakery a handful of times, and the consistency is always spot-on, both with the baked treats, and the customer service. I especially enjoy the assorted macarons, financiers, madeleines, canelés, and the salted caramel chocolate mini cake. Everything is full of flavor and beautifully crafted.

Oddly enough, I really appreciate that the portions are on the smaller side, it makes it easier to sample a few without overindulging …a win in my book!

Parking can be a bit tricky, but that’s Montclair for you. There is a paid parking garage just a short walk from the bakery, and some street parking available in the surrounding area if you’re lucky.

Ham in my sandwich was spoiled and discolored. Smelled and tasted so bad. And the almond croissant was so burnt I couldn’t bite though it and the rest fell apart and turned to crumbs .. overall horrible. Was mislead by so many good reviews

Bijoux French Pastry is a gem! We absolutely love their pastries, canneles, cookies, and seasonal holiday pies. Their coffee and cold brew are top-notch, and the customer service is always amazing. Highly recommend for anyone craving a sweet treat!

Small and busy. But busy for a damn good reason. These treats are delicious! The pistachio macaroon and the chocolate flourless cake are to die for. I was told that I would have to come back for a slice of a chocolate cake that wasn’t available at the time. Disappointing but the chocolate flourless cake made up for it. It was the size of a Hostess cupcake for $7. I could do without the crunchy pieces. Mia’s Brooklyn Bakery’s Blackout cake is still number 1. The fruit tart was not to our liking. The pastry cream was not good. Once again Mia’s fruit tart would win that battle. I would return to try their chocolate cake but I would have to call to make sure they had it. I wouldn’t want to drive 15 minutes for anything else at the time.

Such a pleasure to indulge in these brilliant and delightful patisserie. The key limes tart was sublime, as was the citrus fruit tart. We were there on Easter Saturday and I was also overjoyed to see many varieties of chocolate eggs, bunnies, and other Eater treats. Just so lovely. Do visit. Thank you to the most attentive staff.
