My local biggby is pretty slow as well as this one so was not new to me. However when it looks like both people working are training each other that just is not fair to the customer or the employee. Setting them up to fail is not the answer! I hope they can get help and do better on training!

Ok Update of a Update May 19th, 2021
Was out in Petoskey needed to get a few things look at there a Meijer with a Biggby of course one of my favorites .
I tried the smore’s latte iced I liked it of course not my favorite like the sparkling strawberry hibiscus mocktail drink.
But i.like trying different stuff also I did try the horchata oat latte was good I liked that also.
The ladies were very nice an hard working will add photo
They better hope i never hit the lottery big im buying a biggby an getting free coffee for life…

Update: stopped in again ( Oct. 8, 2025 @ 11:00am) Service was much better and my drink was perfectly made. The Barista was very friendly, a great improvement from my last review.
Not very friendly, did not even acknowledge I was waiting to order until she completely finished the previous customers order. Just a quick “Hello, I’ll be right with you” would have been great.
If there is only going to be one person working they need to be trained to multitask a bit. My drink could have been started instead of standing there watching the bagel go through the toaster.
Food handling (not changing gloves) was also a concern. I don’t think I will order food again after seeing it made.
