I have lived in Gaylord for 4 and a half years now, and today was my first time to visit. As soon as I walked through your front door, Biggby, I felt the chillaxin’ vibe of your coffee shop and feel in love.
The lady who waited on me was patient and kind. My Spotted Owl hot coffee was delicious. I will return.

I have been a loyal Biggby patron since they first launched in Michigan. This particular location should not be allowed under the franchise. They will not honor the weekly specials that Biggby is known for from April to October every year. Only location I have been to that does this. Pricing across the board is higher than any other location I have been to, and I travel a lot. Always a ridiculous wait. The product is good and the staff are friendly and working hard. This is clearly an owner issue.

The drive thru is a tight fit for vehicles. The Barista was very confused on my order, even though I ordered the exact drink from their sign and was charged more then what the sign said also.

I go to bigny a few times a week at other locations. The sandwich I ordered has been the same for years. Today it was not up to franchise expectations. I told then so and wanted it remade, and the manager was upset and didn’t want to remake it. And gave me the same very greasy, not toasted, and very flat sandwich. Turkey havarti is not a greasy sandwich. If I wanted a greaseball I’d order pizza for breakfast. I have seen others express in comments that it was a manger issue, and I can say for sure it is because the worker was very kind. Manager was absolutely not and didn’t want to be helpful either. I am so thankful this isn’t my local store or you guys would loose a lifetime customer!? I won’t be using this bigby location we visit the lake anymore. Just a waste of cash and hunger. Coffee was good tho. Lol

I have NEVER had a bad experience at Gaylord Biggby! I am an every day customer. I have always enjoyed Biggby, but since the store manager Traci has taken over, my love for this specific store and its ever smiling Brew Crew has grown immensely! Traci is energetic, interactive and motivated. She finds ways to challenge and include customers with the Biggby daily trivia questions, the tip bucket contests, and pup cup photos! She is also a kind and caring person, I have watched her teach and guide new employees with grace and patience. Biggby definitely gained an asset with Traci.

My wife loves this place. Its fast and convenient with a drive thru window. I would not recommend trying to take a left out of here because its basically at the light. Easy to find from rd. Great prices.
