Stopped in with a car full of friends on a road trip. Ordered 4 drinks. Service was amazing, very friendly. He scanned my rewards, I was at 11. He told me I earned one and I declined using it. I wanted to save it for when I was home. I went a couple days later at my home store to use my free one and it wasn’t there. I was still at 11. The worker there said it’s a very common complaint that Michigan drive thrus mess up rewards. The rewards aren’t that great anyway so to lose 4 drinks was a real bummer. A quick review on how to use your POS might be needed.

I pulled up to the window to pay for my order and the lady at the register itched her head, picked up the rag from the floor and never washed her hands, proceeded to touch the top of my cup and when I told her I wouldn’t take the coffee and explained that to her she told me “I didn’t make your coffee” i asked her to change the top of my coffee and wash her hands as that’s very disgusting and I was returned with attitude.

My wife went here recently, made her order and waited an exorbitant length of time for the workers to come. Then, finally, when the worker opened the window and gave 2 out of 3 drinks and said the 3rd was coming in just a minute. Wife waited patiently for 10 min, then was greeted with a fog of weed smoke. Worker’s comment to my wife was ” Oh, we forgot you were here. ” The final drink was not made to order. Will not be returning to this location.

I visited Biggby Coffee for the first time this morning with my mom. I ordered a Cookie Butter Latte, but it tasted extremely strong and unpleasant. When I politely asked if it could be remade, the employee rudely refused and told me to come back next time. I was shocked by the poor customer service and won’t be returning. I gotta say they have gotten better at this location from when they first opened but have been here numerous times about an hour before they close and they always say they can’t make any more frozen drinks, and one of my last times going to this location I complained thru the drive up speaker about them always saying how they’re out of frozen drinks and when I got up there to get my drink the girl with the cow ring in her nose just didn’t want to hear it I mean I definitely wasn’t raising my voice or anything I just wanted to say something about all there excuses but when I got my drink that was really cute how sticky the 24oz. Cup of my frozen mocha was have never ever at any of your locations gotten any drink that I have to say was purposely done like that and I can definitely say they knew exactly what they were doing.
