I absolutely love this location the people are so friendly. They have gotten to know my order fairly well multiple baristas know my face and order when I walk in. It is always very friendly clean and smells great. If they mess something up they have absolutely no problem remaking it to better suit your taste. And if you’re new to the coffee shop world they are more than willing to help you choose a suitable drink to try and to help you figure out what you would like the best.

I just spent over $30 on two drinks and two bagels (their prices have gone up!). When I asked if they had a rewards program after I sat at the window for 5 minutes before being greeted, they of course said they did (I used to have one but it’s been months since I’ve been in).
So, I asked if I could get the points for my order today. The woman said “it’s a little too late for that” and I said that I wish she would have mentioned it before taking my card and then she proceeded to tell me that that “it’s not her responsibility” and that it’s my job to hand her the card.
I can get better food and coffee with far superior service in this town so that’s what I’ll do moving forward. I hope you know what type of people you have working for you.

Great experience! Excellent Customer Service! I ordered a Green Tea Matcha, not overally sweet (like Starbucks, yuck). On Memorial Day this location was busy, the staff was super friendly. I LOVE supporting the smaller franchise ♥️ Keep up the Teamwork guys!

Wait lines are always LONG no matter how many cars are in line. Staff asks directly for a tip at the window every time. Tried it once more and found plastic chunks in my daughters drink
