I tried this place out as I love coffee and get starbucks at least once a day, I kept repeating iced latte so there was no confusion but the girl who took my order seemed upset I was there or she had a customer ? I asked for extra hazelnut and if they had liquid sugar, she said yes but immediately when I got the drink I knew she used regular sugar on a hot latte I was given because of the less sweetness. Even when I tried to correct her at the window about my drink, she said “I heard hot so “ and closed the window… I get coffee everyday and never hot, I was polite and still got treated like I should have never gone.

I got an iced mint mocha, when my drink was handed to me there was almost no ice in it and I did not ask for light ice. My drink was so watered down and had almost zero flavor.

I waited over 35 minutes in line, I wish they would let you know that was going to be the case. Perhaps they need a “anticipated wait time” sign like at cedar point. I will never go here again or recommend it.

This biggby is good, I just wish that when you ordered a bagel and asked for cream cheese to be put on the bagel they actually did it. I asked for this in the drive through and ended up with the cream cheese in the bag. how can I put that on, while I am driving. This happens all the time at this particular biggby, which is frustrating

Longest wait ever waited over 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru my order was $32 they declined my order because I was paying with a $50 bill after waiting for over 20 minutes will never return poor customer service Foods always cold

I’m not a coffee drinker, but I love their triple berry mocktail with sweet foam and a shot of zing. The staff are always friendly at this location and make you feel welcome. They have a loyalty card that is worth getting if you’re going to frequent biggby.

I mean it’s Biggby! I feel comfortable giving this location five stars. All of the Baristas are super friendly and the only issues that I have had have been when I’ve gone at peak times of the day like first thing in the morning and they’re slammed. During peak times it can be a little slow but other than that this is one of my favorite locations.

This location is EXTREMELY slow in the drive thru. It’s actually quite unacceptable. Don’t ever stop here if you’re on your way to work or in a hurry, you’re better off with McDonald’s. Drinks and food are fine. I really wish they had gluten free food other than a brownie because I don’t usually want sweets.

I had an issue with a gift card and ordering on the app, which resulted in the order not going through and my gift card balance clearing I gave up and went in the store to order in person, feeling defeated. The baristas were SO nice to me and covered the cost of the order, even though it wasn’t their fault at all. Everything we ordered was made perfectly and their kindness really turned my day around!
