Ordered a frozen Carmel marvel… waited 30 minutes in line to get it for it to be completely watery and room temp when I get it. I can cook a dam steak dinner faster than you people can make a cup of coffee and it still not even what I ordered for 8 dollars, ridiculous

Every time I’ve gone to this specific Biggby, I have been overly disappointed every time. Whenever I come out to Wayland, I sometimes get Biggby, and every time I do, I get the same thing almost every time. I don’t always go to biggby, but when I do I have really high expectations. My drink is always disgusting. A mint hot chocolate should NEVER taste like water, and maybe a bit of whipped cream… That’s extremely disappointing. I don’t know if it’s your staff, or if it’s the ingredients, but it’s honestly disgusting and overly disappointing. I feel I can do better.

Drinks weren’t what we ordered or drinkable. Ordered the caramel marvel, tasted like burnt chocolate? Not sure but wasn’t my usual order also got the pumpkin spice and it was so much pumpkin spice flavoring stuff that neither of us could drink it. Will not be recommending this place anymore or going there and wasting our money! Literally had 12 people working on shift and can’t even get online orders correct.

This one of the rudest biggbys i’ve been to. So unorganized all the time and it’s just not a very welcoming atmosphere when you walk in. Hate coming here but it’s the only coffee place in wayland…

Very unfriendly staff. I interacted with two different staff members and they both had terrible customer service. Clearly they didn’t want to be there and don’t enjoy their jobs. If I’m going to pay $7 for a beverage and be prompted to leave a tip on the credit card machine, I expect a higher level of service.

This is my favorite Biggby location of all time. All of the employees are so kind and I always leave happier than I arrived. They’re also super fast and get my items to me at a reasonable time.
