I have always loved Biggby Coffee but this morning the three baristas who were working went above and beyond for me. After I ordered my cold brew & breaksfast, I asked for two pup cups, because I told them I had to take my dog & get her put down (old age) and really wanted her to have two today, if that was ok. I was obviously upset and voice was shaking. When I pulled up to the window, they informed me they had paid for my drink I had ordered with the pup cups and were nothing but kind. Which made me cry even more. Thank you for your kindness on such a hard day. We need more people like this in the world

Made my food wrong, then when I asked about it was told she didn’t understand my order and just gave me a plane bagel at FULL PRICE because she didn’t understand. Then offered to remake my order at FULL PRICE AGAIN. Terrible service with a bunch of incompetent young adults. I even tipped… WONT BE TIPPING EVER AGAIN ON CARD BEFORE A SERVICE. Speaking of which they love to push that card reader tip before you can check out with all ready pre made tips that are even % based. SCAM OF A COFFEE SHOP

The workers at this location are extremely nice, but, this location has the slowest service I have ever experienced in my life. Just this morning I waited over a half hour in the drive-through line for them to make my drink wrong. When the young lady offered to fix it, I told her as long as it was made with oat milk it was fine because I needed to go. I sincerely hope more training take place because a half hour in any drive-through is unacceptable.
