Worst biggby I have ever been to. For months this specific location has been awful, from wrong sizes to nasty drinks. I’m not one to leave reviews but this last visit was absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a medium Golden Honey Latte, something I get all the time. First I received a small, when i asked to have it corrected to a medium I was talked to with a sassy attitude. Second once I took a sip it was absolutely disgusting, no coffee taste, no honey…it tasted like dish soap, color of the latte was also so white like they only added milk to the cup…such a bad experience.

The owner of this particular store must be completely disengaged with this store…absolutely the worst biggby I have ever been to.
First..the staff at this location are extremely rude and unprofessional…how difficult is it to make an espresso or coffee…yes…that was the order and you would have thought we were asking for a Ramos Gin Fizz..nope..a simple black coffee..at a coffee shop. I have been here three times and left two of the three due to the horrible ataff..and, these are different employees.
Second ..the drinks and food are terrible..
Third..owner of this store must have zero interest in the franchise. This last time was terrible I actual reacted out to the corporate level

Just gross! 9:00am visit
The creamer was CHUNKY!
The cold brew tasted old and drinks were made sloppy and w/o any consistency.
One drive through customer came in and said his coffee was luke warm and had to wait for them to make more.
Our food was so doughy and chewy.
Did I mention the creamer was CHUNKY
Good customer service was non-existent, most were actually rude!
On a good note, the guy (wearing a mask) was very polite and the only person back there with any hustle. At one point, 4 of them were standing around a microwave watching one sandwich warm up. Really?
But the younger girl with the braids and glasses was not having a good day and it reflected on how she treated everything, the drinks, the creamer, and the customers.
We will NOT be going back there!

Quality means everything. Poor management is obvious. This use to be a go to place, even with the awkward location. Too many mistakes, I don’t care how nice you are, I would just like my orders done correctly. People order lactose free for a reason!

I was a regular until today. Today I was given milk. I am lactose intolerant. The other day they scooped whip off and thought I wouldn’t notice. I could see the bird off white and taste it and had a reaction after my first gulp. Because I am lactose intolerant. Which they do know. I’ve had to tell them because they won’t read the tickets. There are 3 young ladies who do it right, and when there’s a mistake they fix it. But a new employee is there who doesn’t take allergies or special orders seriously. Multiple times this has happened because they have people who don’t care and don’t read the tickets. Today I called to complain and was offered no fix. Just a bratty guy who didn’t take it seriously, and I believe is the one who’s made my drink wrong many times. He’s put the order in wrong as well before, and “forgot” the oatmilk multiple times. When I called and informed him of my allergic reaction there wasn’t an apology or offer to replace. Just an “okay.” I got irritated and that’s when I “okay I’m sorry…” again no offer to give me money back as I paid for something I cannot drink. No offer to replace my drink. No genuine apologies either. If you have allergies do not go here. Most of the staff takes orders seriously. But they have a few who don’t and give people things they’re allergic to. My tounge is now swollen and fuzzy, my mouth is fuzzy with a film, my abdomen is beyond unhappy. I’m having flare ups of my rare health conditions. I won’t be back.
