Very friendly staff! However, every time my girlfriend and I go (3-4 times a month, we live close) our orders are wrong. We either have to reorder due to disorganization, or correct the order because what’s said at the pay counter isn’t communicated to the rest. This issue is without fail no matter who works on it. Hope this helps the process!

My favorite Biggby by far! The staff is friendly and always on top of it, especially Hunter and Shawn (these two are amazing and deserve to be recognized for their hard work and diligence, its always a pleasure to stop in and see them when I swing by.) My only complaints were the interior being so outdated but they recently have been redoing the inside and now it looks so much better! Definitely plan to stop in as a part of my daily routine gong forward.

I enjoy the vibe of this location. Nice tables, decor and awesome staff. Pricey? Of course, but what isn’t these days? I can’t make a decent cup of coffee or anything at home so occasionally I enjoy coming here. I got an iced Butter Bear and it’s delicious! I only wish they would stay open later than 7p. Still I highly recommend this location.
