I’ve went to Big Chic last week and ordered a jumbo unsweetened tea and a small ordered of fries. I’ve got my drink and after that, the guy told me that the fries are cooking right now. I’ve waited for almost 25 minutes for my fries, while they were giving out food for the other customers that they’ve ordered. I got a little impatient waiting on my fries and wouldn’t wait any longer and I don’t want to be late for work so I WALKED OUT. It just makes me NOT want to go back there anymore.

This was my first time coming here since I’ve been wanting to try this place for about a year now. I ordered some 10 pc wings w/ honey garlic sauce and fries. BABY when I tell you them wings hit, them babies hit! I’ve never even tried wings with honey and garlic on them but now I’m going to make it my business to keep trying new sauces The fries were good too, pretty much what you’d expect. The wait time is pretty long since everything is cooked to order so make sirens you stop by when you have time to wait. Nice customer service and great food. A solid 10/10!

The potatoes logs are so good. We always get some to bring home.the burger and porkchop sandwich is off the chain.

Whenever I visit Columbus, I always stop by this place! I first tried the chicken and loved it. I always get white pieces of chicken and it’s fried hard, but still juicy.
With that being said, I now love the whole catfish. It too is tasty, nice size pieces, and all the food is always fresh and hot. It’s cooked fresh, and you can taste it.
For the sides I’ve had the potato wedges, coleslaw, and okra. I do like all of them, and I’m picky about coleslaw.
The inside is clean but looks like a diner slightly, with enough seating to eat, but nothing fancy. I do eat there sometimes because there is some distance between the two cities.
The staff is friendly and it does take a while but you can call it in.
I highly recommend this place if you’re in the area or just want to go for a drive and try a new place

This place has the worst customer service. I was told no refill because I went to my car. Why is there no signage posted.? I ordered a 3 peice of white chicken, but I received a 3 peice dark. After waiting for forty minutes, I was just done by that time.
