They take absolutely forever for everything! Every single time if I stop at this location I’m stuck here for at least 45 min. They take so long to make drinks, not to mention the several times they messed my order up and either give me the wrong size or the drink tastes horrible and not like coffee at all. The only time my drinks are delicious is when the younger male is there. I think they should train better for sure.

One of your employees didn’t ask if my gift card was a gift card or a points card and snatched my money out of my hand before I could put it back after telling me the total and did the wrong transaction. I like the quickness of my orders but at what expense if it’s not efficient. So I spent 20 bucks on coffee when It would’ve been free with my gift card. Fix your staff because her mistake caused me a loss of money. Not to mention it got sent to a completely different register on accident so I couldn’t even see what she was doing to correct her.

The ppl inside were only working on drive thru drinks. Continued to have the ppl inside wait. So drive thru is top priority for all staff to work on them and leave in store ppl waiting until they are ready? Trying to understand the business dynamics.

Me and my sister got a drink around 7:15 on 1/20 and our hot drinks just tasted like straight milk. we asked for something else when we came back and she said that i would have to pay for it. i’m not paying for another drink they messed up the first time. this is absolutely ridiculous.

took longer than 10 minutes to go through the drive thru. finally get my bragel and 2 drinks and get to where i’m going and my bragel was made incorrectly. called and only option was to come back since i paid cash, took another 10 minutes to go back thru. i get to my second drink and it’s half empty. im not gonna bother going back AGAIN! i know the whip cream melts, but this is nuts. i pass another biggby on my route and will choose that one from now on. this is my second poor experience in a row. first time took 20 minutes.. yikes!

Every time we come through the drive-through, it always takes forever for them to take my order. Not only that They never make the drinks correctly and it always tastes like straight espresso. Every time I get a breakfast sandwich from them, the middle of it is completely cold and it’s sad because I usually get the sandwiches for my kids and I can’t give my kids a cold sandwich. They worry more about asking if you want to leave a tip then they do actually making your order correctly. It’s just really upsetting because Biggby is my favorite over any coffee shops.

Its your average biggby. It just takes 10+ minutes to get your order almost everytime. Even if youre the only person in line.
It takes several minutes just for them to take your payment. Several more minutes for them to come back with the drink. Several minutes to come back with the next. They must be praying to the coffee gods with every drink they make.

I have been a regular for the past month or so, and I LOVE coming to this Biggby. It is such a great atmosphere, but still, a place where I can focus and study in the mornings. The baristas go above and beyond and are extremely fast. As a customer who is here every morning sitting to study while drinking my coffee, I have been able to see them slow and extremely busy. They work as a team when busy and keep a positive attitude when slammed. If the drive-through seems slow, trust me, they are working hard and fast to get everyone’s orders made! When they are slow, I see them cleaning and making sure everything is in working order. I have created bonds with certain baristas, and that is because of the fantastic customer service and the friendly atmosphere. This place has become my favorite study spot in the mornings before work!

I was JUST there in the Drive-thru, and I had forgotten to ask for my drink iced. The crew were so kind, and quickly remade my drink (even though it was 100% my fault). I just wanted to give the girl in the window props for a great interaction, and genuine kindness!! Live laugh love you girl!
