Our first visit to a Biggby coffee was last week in Chelsea, and it was fabulous! The baby bear was hot, sweet, and satisfying and my husband enjoyed the caramel marvel. We enjoyed them so much that we went back the following two days for different flavors! The staff was friendly and the place always had about 5 people ordering, but the line moved quickly. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town!

Today, 4-24-24 7:05 p.m., i tried to place an order at this location, but the lady stated that my coupon only works at the store I got it from (false). Then she refused to scan it to keep from being proved wrong.

The employees here always do a good job and are friendly too. I love coming here for my morning cup of coffee before work. Biggbys is probably one of my favorite coffee chains that’s from Michigan.

Went in today at 11:15 walked up to counter where there was no wait and male employee just stares at me…no hello, no what can I get for you nothing….I finally realized he was not going to acknowledge me so I ordered my drink which was fine and left without leaving a tip.
