Sorry, but I had to leave a review: Depending on who is working, this place seems a bit bipolar. I can have multiple visits where everything; service, quickness, friendliness are all awesome. Recently though (the last few weeks) it has been horrible service. All you see is people standing around on phones or YOU DON’T SEE ANYONE AT ALL! I’ve come and front door will still be locked at times. Does this place just open when they feel like it? The younger people there have little to ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS (or what seems to be any brain power). Ask an employee a question, and they are slow to respond. Do these people know their job? They seem a bit lagging or are always buffering. Like don’t try and upsell me on a extra espresso shot when it’s obvious, THEY NEED IT MORE!Long wait times in the drive- thru even if YOU’RE THE ONLY CAR IN LINE! Don’t add a sandwich to your order because that will increase the wait time and still be, meh! I really don’t appreciate spending all my hard earned money to receive service from children that seems as if they just rolled out of bed! I may have to stop coming.

Can I just say, I visit this place almost daily, and you can definitely tell when certain people work. That Lo, she is SPOT ON with keeping the lines moving and ensuring orders are correct. Weekends here have always been, meh, hit or miss. But now I get Lo on a Saturday morning too!! Great business move and again awesome service, I know my drink will be made correct.

This is the worst BIGGBY ever. I love BIGGBY. Im from michigan and BIGGBY is my go to. But this BIGGBY never meets expectations.
This experience was exceptionally dreadful. I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes before being greeted. When they finally greeted me they were short and snappy the entire time.
I thought maybe they were short staffed, and busy. They were not either. They had 5 people working, the employees were busier talking and texting than serving the customers. Their lobby was also empty. I spent 10 plus minutes waiting on a plain bagel, a mocktail, and a caramel apple cider. Only people on line. Not my normal BIGGBY experience, but typical at this location.

The last few times I have come here this BIGGBY has improved drastically. They have trainers, and seem to be so much more put together. The last few months I have been driving to Niles a majority of the time. I’m glad my local Biggby is improved! Good job guys.

7 months ago I gave the last edit… now it’s back to the same old problems. 25 minutes in line with only 3 cars in line. Lemonade full of pulp. And honestly terrible service. Drive the 10 minutes to the Nile’s one. You will get served faster.

Every time I visit this Biggby, there’s some type of issue- whether it deals with a coupon, a gift card, or simply horrible customer service. I LOVE biggby and always ask for gift cards as a gift. All other stores I visit are so kind and ready to help.
Multiple times I have tried to use gift cards here and they tell me there’s no money left on them. I reached out to Biggby customer service about my gift card after my visit today and the barista (Lornzia) either didn’t swipe my card or had no idea what she was doing. I still have a balance and my point for the visit wasn’t added. Skip the painful visit here and drive a few miles up the road to the Cleveland Rd store.

Good place for coffee. The service is always great and quick. I am happy to drive by Starbucks to come here. The coffee is less expensive and you can pump your own from an air pot.

cheese wasn’t melted and any melting you see is because I put it in the microwave for 10 sec myself, they also didn’t put cream cheese on so I did. girls working were really nice but I might as well have just went to the grocery store and bought everything individually. do yourself the favor and drive down the street 5 minutes into Niles. I’ve never had bad service there maybe it can be slow but the food is done well.

Their matcha drinks are amazing! I’ve tried other coffee places for matcha and they’re always serving subpar drinks, and this is the only one I’ve found in the area with quality matcha. Plus their staff is friendly and helpful. Loved their Halloween decor and candies
