Love this place!! First time trying, they had fresh food, I got a blueberry muffin and my friend got a chocolate chip cookie. I also got a pumpkin frappé type drink. It was delicious and she got the pína colada one. ❤️

Every time I go, the staff are friendly and cheerful. They’re happy to help with recommendations, which I love because I’m indecisive. I also enjoy the menu. Bragels are to die for. They have amazing tea options which is hard to find. A little something for everyone can be found here. I also feel great recommending this establishment because I often see their posts on Facebook doing things with the community. They also have great coupons posted there.

I went in just to pick up a order. I stood there for approximately 2 minutes NOT ONE of these kids chose to greet me. However, the next customer comes in and orders it was like they were at Disneyland (excited) and I’m still waiting for someone to greet me. Not one time did I move and they served the customer behind me. So when I asked for a manager that was a issue because he didn’t want to deal with the issue.
Customer service is at all time zero at this place.
It’s inside of a shell gas station just grab a coffee out the cooler or make your own It’s not worth dealing with these children, They are walking around thinking that they are so cute, on the cell phone. Now what “if” I was sent by corporate just to check things out?
If you stay ready you’ll never have to get ready.

Always top-notch service from Dan and the staff at Biggby Crown Point. This is by far my very favorite Biggby as they do such a fantastic job–other neighboring Biggbys can’t even seem to get the Chai Latte done correctly, sadly. Please, Dan, look to Lowell next–I need a well-run Biggby near work!

Best coffee in Crown Point by far and the service is exceptional. Dan is a great guy who tuns a great business and has assembled an incredible staff. I go there at least once a week and have never had a bad experience. My niece wanted to come into work with me today and when we stopped by on our way in Dan made her a special vanilla drink that she absolutely loved. When my family visits town, they go to Biggby daily. Cheers!

Only ever bought drinks here but they’re always made excellent and with a smile. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. No complaints and I love getting my favorite drinks here and occasionally trying out new ones. I wish there was a Biggby closer to my home!
