Drive thru is incredibly slow, oftentimes >15 minutes for 5 cars. They are now asking, verbally for tips for $4 cups of drive thru coffee. It’s a very awkward customer experience. I was getting coffee here each morning for the last year or so and have recently started going down the street to Starbucks due to the awkward experience coupled with wait times.

A better solution can be found for compensating your employees than forcing awkward interactions in the drive thru to beg for tips. Additionally, a very poor attitude and rude service does not qualify for said tips. I hope this makes its way to Biggby’s staff on Tiffin Avenue!

Figured while Dashing would give it a shot! Why not what could it hurt? We ordered a Strawberry Shortcake Frozen drink. Oh my goodness. IT IS SO GOOD!! I swear it’s made with fresh strawberries or something it has the literal taste of a freshly smashed strawberry in it. It is delicious. We normally don’t like to try things at coffee places since neither of us drink coffee but 10 outta 10 will be back. The staff was very friendly also!
Can’t post a new review so I’ll add to this one! Recently discovered they have a Frozen Hot Chocolate Cocoa Carmella. That thing is absolutely delicious and addictive. Highly recommend getting it from this location. So far they haven’t let me down and gave me the correct order every single time! Tastes amazing and looks amazing! Added pictures to also show the new drink thanks for being amazing!!

We were lucky enough to get there when they had fall flavors out. Their caramel apple frozen drink tastes like it could have actually had apples in it. The pumpkin spice had a little more spice than pumpkin but still tasted good. Their blood moon drink had a surprising amount of carbonation.
For how busy they were on a Saturday morning, they were actually pretty fast with their service, and we went through the drive through. Their menu could be a little simpler but I’m glad they had enough diversity in their selection for our non coffee drinkers in the car.

I love Biggby. However, this store, as well as so many other Biggby stores, has fallen victim to rapid decline in quality of customer service. I fell in Love with Biggby back when it was still Beaners in East Lansing. The almost annoyingly cheerful greetings at the door. The casual inquisition from strangers about your day and “would you like an extra shot of espresso?”. These were qualities, even as an introvert that I have grown to love about Biggby over the years. As of lately though, I have noticed a marked decline in that friendliness. While I was greeted with a hello today, the two that entered separately after I- did not. It actually wasn’t until about 5 minutes after I entered the store that one of the 3 young ladies behind the counter asked whether or not any of the 3 of us were ready to order. Luckily I had placed my order ahead of time on the app and I could see they were just finishing it up. To their grace 2 of them were trying to figure out how to appease an unhappy customer, but it only takes one person to say that they will be right with you or to apologize for the wait. I dont blame the young ladies behind the counter. I blame a decline in customer service values. I’m just sad to see Biggby to fall victim to that…B Happy Biggby…B Happy.

I always order my drinks “kids temp” because I drive a lot and want to drink it now, not when it’s super hot. They didn’t even try to make it warm and didn’t give me a heat shield. The cup was super hot. It’s not that difficult! The drink itself was great but if a customer wants it warm, that’s kind of a big deal to mess up.
