I love biggby, however when i ordered through doordash, they left the “sippy-type” (idk how else to describe the lid) lid open, instead of covering it, which meant that my dasher couldve easily tampered with my drink. That was extremely disappointing ontop of the issues i was already having with that doordash order from the dasher, himself.

Waited 30-45 minutes for my drink because I was told I had to try biggby by locals. I ordered an apple cider…. Tasted disgusting, like apple juice but mixed with coffee and burnt sugar. I opened it to see if it was clear like apple cider (what I ordered) and this is what I got. I have absolutely no clue what it was and I specifically ordered an Apple cider because I can’t have caffeine. Great….

Drive-thru is a bit awkward. And when you leave, just do a U-turn. Slow service for the amount of customers. My Sandwich was cold by the time I received my coffee. And it’s a bit rude to ask for a tip when you’re just handing me a drink out of the window. But whatever you can keep my pocket change. Next time, I’ll just try another coffee shop and pass on this place.

They are sooooooo slooooooooow at this Biggbys! I only ordered one drink and we waited for 15 minutes and there was only one car in front of us! And the inside wasn’t even very busy.

Hands down best tasting coffee joint I have experienced in my 31 years on this earth! Specialty drinks are pricey so keep an eye out for BOGO offers (every weds and various holidays). They do a great job marketing with coupons and making it a little less teeth grinding so keep an eye out for them!

We love Biggby! We also love the fact that it’s locally owned. Everyone in there is always super nice and doing their best to get customers through as quickly as possible even when it’s crazy busy. And it does get crazy busy LOL

We visit this location 3-4x a month, on different days/times of week. It is a rare occasion to wait less than 15 min – we usually plan for 20-30 min. The baristas don’t seem very organized. This last visit, they actually made two orders (4 total lattes) after our order was placed before they even started making our 2 lattes. They also frequently get our orders wrong. Our order was correct this last time, but we did watch them remake several others while we were waiting because they had messed up.

This was my first time going and the lady helped me out to figure out what I’m asking so I got a cold brew flavored hazelnut great tasting. The Starbucks on Harding highway I wouldn’t go back they made two drinks exactly the same and they both were not they both taste like water down peppermint. And no coffee. So I’m going to start going to Biggby coffee I really enjoy it the coffee and they’re quick and very friendly too. Because it was my first time ordering there the lady helped me out tremendously and did not have an attitude like some places do.
