What a hidden gem! The staff is so incredibly friendly. The menu has great choices real food not like Starbucks fake frozen stuff. And the pup cups they put whipped cream in a cup with a little bone on top like a sundae so cute love this placeand the coffee was so tasty.

Biggby is my favorite neighborhood coffee spot—friendly staff and consistently fast service. The only complaint I have is that the syrups aren’t always fully mixed, so they pool at the bottom, but it’s a minor issue. Even though there’s a Dunkin’ closer to my house and within walking distance of this location, I’d choose Biggby any day for the quality and experience!

I have been getting drive thru from Biggby since I moved to Brook Park a year ago, but after my experience today I have no plans on going back. I pulled into the drive thru this morning and was fifth in line with the person 2 cars ahead of me at the speaker to order. After 10 minutes, the line didn’t budge one inch, there were so many cars behind me it started to go into Snow Road and the guy 2 cars ahead was asked what he’d like to order.
I parked in a spot and walked into Biggby. When I walked through the door, there were three teenagers laughing and giggling with each other. I stood at the register for 5+ minutes and watched as they just stood there talking. They didn’t move one inch, acknowledge me or the guy in the drive thru window. All that mattered to them was their conversation. The guy in the window got frustrated and yelled, asking them to stop chit chatting and fix his drink because they messed up his coffee order three times and were busy screwing around instead of working through a busy line…and he was right. I walked out and went to another place instead. Worst customer experience I have ever seen at a coffee shop.

Came here for the first time with my wife on a Sunday morning. I got the maple waffle sandwich and the cookie butter latte. My wife got a sausage egg and cheese bagel and a hot chocolate. The food was very good!
What wasn’t as good however was the attitude of the staff when we were here. Everyone working here seemed totally disinterested or just in a bad mood. The woman that took our order was nice, but didn’t speak above a whisper and we cold barely hear her over the sounds of everything else going on in the store. We ate inside and I don’t think we’ll be doing that again. Just a weird vibe in the store that made us kind of uncomfortable.
Also, a little pricey. I know I got two special items – one being a large speciality coffee – but $25 for two sandwiches and two coffees? Yeesh. That wasn’t the end of the world, though.
In short, I’ll probably be back, but will definitely be using the drive through.

I just love how friendly they are. The Hot Spotted OWL latte with oatmilk is A+. I get one almost everyday lol. The picture is of a cookie creme freeze my son gets that when he goes and no complaints.
