Couldn’t give less than a 1 star otherwise it would be a zero!
Make sure you check your food before leaving the store. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich & turkey bacon cheese sandwich, both on asiago bagel. After over 20 mins later in drive thru (2nd in line) I got home to find they gave me a plain bagel w/ cream cheese on the side. And the other was egg and cheese. When I talked to manager on the phone, it wasn’t a big deal that the employees must have just given me the wrong order….? What!? So the fact I wanted over 20 mins for my order to begin with I could just come back and get the sandwiches remade. The biggest problem I had is that I didn’t even get $ off for the fact that I had to come back and get the sandwiches remade.
***Side note, my hot cocoa (24oz) was just barely over half full when I got home and the whip cream was melted.***
Thanks a lot bigby! I will not be a customer no more. What a waste of money!

Andrew and Lauren were so kind and helpful when I came through to order my drink! They made my drink so delicious and beautiful! I highly recommend getting an iced matcha latte with sweet foam from these lovely baristas!
Also, try their new pumpkin muffins! They are so yummy and perfect for fall. I really enjoy coming to this BIGGBY location at 7427 Central Avenue. Thank you again Andrew and Lauren! I look forward to my next visit!

i LOVE this biggby, and service is always so good. However, please train newer staff that aluminum foil should go around the entire sandwich and the wrapper should come off of the cheese before serving lol

The coffee here was really good, and the kids loved the cookies. All the associates were working and no one was talking or had to be told to do their job. But I want to warn you that they won’t take $100 bills or $50s even if you spend that much money or you’re near it.

The person that helped me out was very nice and the atmosphere was phenomenal. The food cheered me up after getting my car rental from being in an accident the day before. I do recommend this to everyone and anyone!

Updated: Past several visits after the review, it went back to original taste. It can get little different depends on who makes it although ingredients and the amount is followed by the guideline. It happens at many different places so it’s not a big deal. Hope it continues as it is^^
Original: Terrible Mango blood orange crème freeze. Used to be good but past two days straight it was water down slushy drink with lot of ice like frozen orange juice for over $7. Horrible quality

Stopped in today for a cold brew and bagel and was helped by both Andrew and Lauryn in the drive thru. It was a pleasure being helped by them and seeing such cheerful smiling faces. They thanked me and also apologized for the time it took to complete my order though it was unnecessary as it seemed like no time at all. The cold brew I ordered is one of the best I’ve had and when Andrew handed it to me assured me that it was sugar free as I ordered, which is greatly appreciated given my dietary restrictions. Love and appreciate good service and good food/drinks and Andrew and Lauryn are the best!

We have been coming to this biggby for years now. When I was pregnant last year we were here almost daily for my favorite lattes!! We love the BOGO deals, and my top favorite lattes are the caramel marvel, teddy bear, fluffy cloud, and white lightning! all made with oatmilk, with the garnish still! very simple, but so good! The service here is amazing, I didn’t catch her name but she always has a cute ribbon in her hair, and usually has red lipstick on. She is always so so sweet. We love being greeted by her when she is working! Thank you biggby employees for everything!!
