This little restaurant was an unplanned stop. It was also a pleasant surprise. The food was excellent. The staff were nice and ready to serve. From the cute decor to the huge portions, this is one place we would visit again.

Friendly staff and amazing food. The big sexy is a must try. The waitress suggested switching out the pulled pork for the pastrami to make it the OG big sexy, and that is how I’ll continue to order it going forward. The salad was light and refreshing and full of flavor. The coffee was really good too, and that’s pretty impressive because I had literally just had a coffee from one of my favorite spots downtown before heading out to eat.

Pancakes were amazing. I got eggs Benedict that we’re supposed to come with blackened ribeye but the “ribeye“ is really steakums frozen meat. It was disgusting. My fault I should’ve realized egg Benedict‘s for $17. We’re not going to have quality cuts of ribeye in there. I also ordered a side of one pancake and sausage links. They were unbelievably delicious. My husband got a mushroom burger, and for whatever reason it was not seasoned, it was lacking salt completely and the meat quality was just not there. It tasted like frozen and refrozen beef patties. I think we’ll come back and try the sandwiches. I’ve heard really great things about this place. I think we just ordered wrong for what we wanted. I’ll come back just for the pancakes, though those were delicious.

The owner came out and greeted us at our table near our meal. She is the sweetest lady ever. And her hard work thrown into her recipes really shows. I cannot pick one favorite item on the menu but let me tell you believe it or not. The spaghetti is top-notch with their homemade meatballs! The honey, mustard, chicken sandwich, and the Caprese salad are a family favorite as well!! best place to eat in Oroville maybe butte county! hands-down!

This place has quickly become our new go-to spot in Oroville! The service is outstanding—friendly, attentive, and welcoming every time we visit. The portions are generous, and the food is packed with great flavor. If you come hungry, you definitely won’t leave disappointed. Highly recommend!

The theme, aesthetics and vibe are nice. Staff is great! The plaza the restaurant is on is challenging to enter if you’re driving westbound. It seems you have to walk through their kitchen to get to the restroom, which is very awkward.
The food is just average. The parseman-garlic fries and potato salad are just average. The Teriyaki Pineapple Chicken Philly was good, but I can’t say the same for the King Philly. The queso- cheese they drench it in, is so nasty and messy, and they use the completely wrong bread for these sandwiches and don’t grill it. The way they’re brought out is very bad. No tooth picks and no cut in half. The bread is also too small which makes it very messy and difficult to eat.
$18.00 for a sandwich like this is outrageous!
It wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t great either. I don’t see myself going back.

Visited July 30th.. always see my receipt.
This is the first time at this restaurant. Arrived at 830am and immediately got hot coffee! This is where Papacitos used to be.
They have done a nice job with the remodel with a welcoming atmosphere.
I ordered the scrambled eggs with potatoes and crispy bacon. It also included sourdough toast. It was a huge amount and could barely eat a third of it. I liked that the potatoes were a bit crispy as well as the bacon.
My friend got the omelet with potatoes and biscuits and gravy. The omelete had bacon and mushrooms and bell peppers along with sausage and smothered with cheese. HUGE portion!
Both meals were great and the service ( Hilary) was awesome!
They also had teas for sale and an ice cream station.
Right now they are not set up for serving alcohol. Btw..if you use a credit card you will be charged a minimal fee (1.25 approx.).
This place was clean and the owner was cheerful as well.
.Give them a chance – they have only been opened for approximately 1 month! Great portions!
Great addition to Oroville! Will definitely be back!!!

OMG This place is hands down the best place to eat in Oroville. If I could give it 10stars I would with no hesitation. I like to give a shout out to our 1st waitress Tandy… Hopefully I spelled that right. I want to personally say thank you for your hospitality. You were great. I also want to say thank you for our second waitress which I didn’t get a chance to get her name but you were great as well. Thank you so much. We will see you soon
