This is the second time we order from this place and they mess up our order. This time they got our order wrong and when they came with a new correct order they wanted the delivery guy to take the 2 pizzas back but when they brought the correct order it was burnt. The worse customer service

There is clearly no consistency between restaurants. Go to woodys on 4th street they actually make their pizza properly, constantly check up on you… here the pizza is more dough than toppings the waitress has been over here twice since we have been here (45 minutes) what a flop

I placed an order that I paid $60 for. I asked for my wings crispy with extra sauce. This is what I received. The meat was still pink in the middle and it was drowned in whatever sauce they think this is. I called to get a refund and was told I couldn’t get a refund because they thought I was lying and wanted me to drive back to Allentown from where I live to bring the food back. I asked if someone could come pick it up and they said no because I didn’t place my order for delivery to begin with. The lady even spoke to the “owner” and he repeated exactly what she said. She offered to refund $1 for one of the ranches I didn’t receive but not the wings. The food here is terrible, don’t waste your time or money.

Stopped coming here a while ago because of the trash service, but stopped in because they were the only bar open during the snow storm. Waited 20min for someone to approach me, and was told the bar was closed and that if they caught me at the door they would have told me no, but accommodated me for whatever reason. However several patrons were there and still ordering and eating. Another person came in way after me and was accommodated like nothing happened because the bartender knew him…
Same thing happened over a year ago- I was there for hours and then someone else came in with a bigger party and a separate bartender ignored me until I finally made enough of a fuss to get my check. Food sucks now too and management picks and chooses who they want to serve.

This Is Hamilton St in Allentown location. The bartender DID IT ALL and she was FABULOUS! Took our drink order. 1st beer was so flat couldn’t drink it. Brought another out. That one was sooooo good and cold. No charge for the 1st. Ordered food from her anything that was fried was good and hot as soon as it came out, I got a Gyro meat was good,but not hot enough and pita was stale. Broke apart while eating it. But otherwise the location really wasn’t bad. Never been before. No servers though, just a bartender doing IT ALL. I must say she was a hustler/mover and a very incredibly friendly person.

11 dollars and over an hour wait. Cheesesteak fries use to come with way more meat, cheese(1% now)and sauce. That’s a large fry at Applebees or somewhere else but cheaper. Shrinkflation on 100. It’s best to stay home and cook. I’ve been loyal since the old location on 12th street. Shame on you Big Woodys on 19th Hamilton Allentown location

This place took forever to come greet us at the table, and i ordered buffalo chicken dip, nothing about blue cheese was mentioned but was covered in it, i got nachos with chilli but they gave like one scoop of chili and i swear instead of shredded lettuce they gave me a whole head of lettuce. mind you it took 45+ mins to get said food!! never again will i be coming back, overpriced for bad food!

Since covid, the pizza at our usual pizza joints is smaller and the crust is super thin but this was not the case. It was our first time at Big Woodys. Only reason I suggested it is because I remembered a great commercial from a few years ago! We ordered a 18 inch Buffalo chicken pizza and an 18 inch cheese pizza. We paid just under $42. When we arrived to pick it up we were blown away by the size of the pizza box. Got home and were impressed with the size of the pizza when we opened the box. The crust is thick and soft, the way it should be. The flavor was really good. Usually I add stuff but there was no need.
I do have 1 complaint. Our Buffalo chicken pizza had blue cheese on it ( barf) it wasn’t advertised that way on the menu. People should definitely be warned about blue cheese! My 2 kids wouldn’t eat it. So my Husband and I had a 18 inch pizza to split. I am not normally a fan of blue cheese but wasn’t gonna let it go to waist. I was pleasantly surprised….the rest of the flavors were so good that I actually didn’t mind it being on there. We will definitely be returning.
