Listen, when someone call about how horrible their order was, that doesn’t mean issue a refund. Customers want you to fix the problem! My entire order was cold. Even after I had to wait after my pick up time. I ordered a rare ribeye; cold and overcooked. The kids burger was falling apart, burnt bun, and cold as well. The wings were cold as well and I’m pretty sure they weren’t done in the inside. I called to complain and the manager took care of it but honestly, free food is not what it wanted. I want to know that you’re training your staff correctly. I want to be sure your night chef knows how to temp food. Someone should check every order before sending it out. The manager should’ve asked if I wanted it cooked over instead of just saying im issuing a refund now. You’re going to lose a lot of money operating like you all are.

Came once and it was really good. Came tonight and it was kinda gross. And it took half an hour to get our appetizers. They were out of sweet potato fries. (Wasn’t even 5 o’clock when we got there.) My food was not good, and I wanted to tell our waitress, but she didn’t come back until the end of the meal. She did get me a discount on that entree, so I appreciate that, but overall it was disappointing. They also asked us what our seating preferences were, and we said “Somewhere quiet.” The restaurant was almost empty and they sat us directly next to a table of 9 people. Overall it was definitely a 2/5 star experience.

Highly recommend this location! The staff here were fantastic, and the food was absolutely delicious. I was really impressed with the Buffalo Chicken Wrap—it had just the right amount of spice and great flavor. The nachos were generous and definitely shareable. More of pub style menu.
My child ordered the Tavern Chicken Sandwich—twice now—and absolutely loves it! Even the manager stopped by to check on us, which was a nice touch. Everything was excellent from start to finish. Great job to the entire team!

Highly recommend this location! IF YOU ARE SUFFERING FROM ALPHA GAL READ THIS!! This was the best experience I have ever had from big whiskeys! I have alpha gal and other food allergies so I called after placing my order on the app to make sure to explain the severity of importance of the kitchen knowing about my allergies. the First Gentlemen I talked to was very kind and considerate and quickly got with the kitchen as well as a manager to make sure everyone was on the same page. the manager got on the phone with me and was also very kind asked lots of great questions and was genuinely concerned about how they could get my meal accomplished for me to be able to enjoy as well as better the big whiskeys app for future use of people with food allergies. I am so very appreciative of their kindness and consideration. not one time did either person make me feel like a burden or annoyance. it was so refreshing and I will be back as often as possible. so thankful that we have this accommodating fantastic local food in our town of Ozark! thank you again

Went to Big Whiskeys for lunch today and received the best service ever! Caleb and Taylor went above and beyond to take care of me. I can’t come up with words to say how much I love the Ozark Big Whiskeys restaurant. The wings were cooked to perfection and the beer ice cold! Hands down my go to for great service and mouth watering food!

We have always had a good experience eating at the restaurant, but last night was a disappointment. First of all, the food was good, but the service was disappointing. The restaurant was not busy at all. We had to wait to be seated then wait to get drinks. We ordered chips and salsa which came quickly but then the server took off without taking our order. I also want to note there were not many chips to serve our party of six. When he finally came back to take our order we asked for more chips in which he said he would bring more. He never did. The wait for our food was longer than we have ever waited. When it finally came it was good. We gave up waiting for more chips. Waiting for the check was also a long wait. At no time did the server come back and ask if we needed anything else. If the restaurant was short staffed then it should be stated. I almost made a note on the receipt but decided against it. I just told a friend not to eat there today as her family was going to be eating out this afternoon. I said the food was fine but the service was lacking. I understand good help is hard to find these days as there is very little work ethic. I felt like this needed to addressed with your staff. It will be a while before we go back to the Ozark restaurant.

We love Big Whiskeys! Ashton was an amazing server! Super polite, attentive, when we had an issue with our mac and cheese bites he took care of the issue and made sure it was corrected. He went above and beyond for us and we greatly appreciate him and his wonderful service.

Hadn’t been here in a while, but really glad we came for dinner tonight. I had garlic parmesan chicken with steamed broccoli and potato salad. Husband had Cajun shrimp penne. Madison was our server, and did a great job. Food was excellent too! Will definitely be back!
