What a gem!!! So glad we found this place. The food is just soooo good! Sticky chicken!!! Collard greens! Candied yams! Mac and cheese!!! Cornbread! Really generous portion, too. We split between the 2 of us a sticky chicken dish with 2 sides, and ordered 2 extra sides, and had some leftover still (which I look forward to having for lunch today).

No other place around here has this sort of service..very nice ambience. Very clean..
I odered my food via doordash and this food…omfggg IT IS THE BEST FOOD AROUND!!! I moved here from the south and i hadnt had food THIS amazing in so long.. (From restaurant s) and even tho, the prices are a bit steep.. The food is way worth it!! I had the sticky chicken, yams, and corn bread. It was all so perfectly yummy.
Cant wait to go sit and enjoy the food there in their restaurant. Ive driven by it and it looks nice.

Tony aka BIG T, what a guy! Shared a meal with this beaut and he gave us extra to enjoy! Incredible generosity and delicious food, reminded me of the tasty soul food my grandmother made us as kids growing up. The fried fish, mac & cheese, and the collard greens especially, yum yum yum! I’m very happy with this unique establishment. Highly recommend! We will be back!

The food is so amazing and the atmosphere is so comfortable and warm you think you are at your Grandma’s house eating .Best and most tender chicken breast I ever have!!!! Mac and Cheese is delicious and the Baked Beans so delicious you can taste the burst of cinnamon and brown sugar and the fry fish so flavorful!!! So worth the trip! The best part is meeting Big T! Me and husband had the collard greens, Mac cheese, fried chicken, fry fish, phenomenal Corn bread, and delicious baked beans.

Me and my sister came here from Harlem to visit our nephew however we came here for dinner and let me tell you !! The food here is delicious. I had the sticky icky icky wings with Mac and cheese , yams and collard greens an my sister had the fried fish , rice & collard greens . The lemonade is refreshing the establishment is welcoming . Big T is an amazing person! you can really tell that he’s from Louisiana from they way he talked to you and welcomes you into his restaurant, as well as the love that goes into his food. the food was 100% worth the wait! you can tell that’s it’s all homemade and made with love and care. he even came to our table to ask us our genuine thoughts on his food. he wants to have any criticism on his food or service so he knows what to change or make better. which is refreshing because more places should ask for healthy criticism or a tables genuine opinion. I don’t live in the area, but I would love to come back here any time I can!

My wife and I were in town for the weekend. Monday was our last night in town and we decided to order from Big Tz. From the moment we walked in the door we knew we made the right choice. Big T introduced himself and you can tell right away he loves what he does. It truly shows in every part of the meal. This is our new favorite place in town to eat. From the hospitality to the delicious food, it was truly a 5 star experience. Give them a shot you won’t be disappointed!! Thanks again for a great meal, we will definitely be back.
