Visiting Houston from Illinois, wanted some good brisket to make brisket nachos. Decided to try the brisket fries, baked beans and Mac n cheese. Honey let me tell you! That brisket is FIRE you hear me!!! Delicious mixed in with the Mac n cheese AND the baked beans are delicious too!! I WILL be back next trip!! (My daughter lives in Katy and my youngest son attends U of H so I’ll definitely be back)

Found this place and gave them a try. I got the 3 meats option, with potato salad, baked beans, homemade strawberry lemonade.
Food – Their BBQ was nothing spectacular. It was soft and tender but parts of the brisket was dry. The ribs were good flavoring on the outside but as you got closer to the bone the meat became bland. The sausage was your typical sausage nothing great to write home to. Potato salad was pretty average. Baked beans saved the show, amazing beans even if they came from a can, the flavor was there. What made everything worth the wait was the starwberry lemonade, amazing drink if you go there for nothing else get the lemonade. 3/5.
Service – Good service did take about 25 minutes to get my food took time to give me recommendations and the process was very easy to work with. 4/5

This is definitely a Hidden Gem You really can’t find good barbecue places here in Katy but this place 10/10 ⭐️ He really knows what he’s doing on that grill!!! I came back twice in two weekends for the Brisket Baked Potato . Definitely didn’t disappoint! I drove 25 minutes in traffic and 20 minutes back home SUPER SATISFIED! This is my new spot for BBQ in Katy!

It pains me to leave this review because the people were so nice. The food was not worth the 1 hour and 2 minute wait (nor was the price). I was sooo happy to find a black owned bbq spot near my house and the atmosphere was a vibe. I was so disappointed with the way the food tasted. The beans and fries were the only items I purchased that were good. Complete misses on the Mac & cheese, potato salad, brisket, sausage and the BOUDIN. $69 total including the tip. Maybe it was an off night?

I’m so glad i found this food truck! I would usually have to drive all the way to Houston just for some good bbq but luckily it’s down the street from me! I come here everyday to support and the food is AMAZING. Brisket 10/10 Mac and cheese 10/10 baked beans 10/10 sausage 10/10 strawberry lemonade 10/10 and the pulp everything is delicious. Potatoes & sandwiches 10/10. I will continue to come here EVERY SINGLE DAY i appreciate yall so much for yall business and amazing friendly service! FANTASTIC JOB LADIES AND GENTLEMEN ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First time here, woman was so helpful helping us order (ordering for 3 was a struggle lol) for me being a VERY picky person it was delicious, brisket fell apart so easy, rib was so tender melted in my mouth I was sad we didn’t get the chance to try the sides considering it was the end of the night it was fine there’s always tomorrow haha ! Sausage had to have been made with love cause OOOO it was good we all loved it and will definitely come back !! Next time you’re craving BBQ THIS HERE IS THE SPOT TO GO !!

Hands down-absolutely delicious! Even 20 minutes before closing on a Thursday night the stuffed baked potato was fresh!! Loaded fries were amazing. Strawberry lemonade was delicious! Loved the sausage! Cannot wait to try the ribs! I am so excited to finally find a great bbq place near us. Woohoo!!
