I was deciding between this place and Mexican food and chose to give this a try. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Teriyaki and asked for it to be made extra spicy; the request was acknowledged, but the dish had no noticeable spice at all. The rice portions were also very small. Overall, the meal was disappointing. The egg rolls were good, but that was the only highlight.

Ive been a regular customer at BIG Teriyaki for over 6 years now. I used to buy dinner from them 3-5 days a week for over a year after the gym because it hit my macros. One thing ive noticed is recently the accuracy of the orders have gone down amd the portion sizes have DRAMATICALLY gone down. Tonight I ordered the beef stir fry, which is $17. I go home to eat and there is maybe 7-8 tiny quarter size pieces of beef and a whole entire tray of cabbage and corn and carrots and a tiny dollop of rice. I have NEVER, EVER came back and complained or asked for something else the entire time ive been going here. I go back and show them how much beef is in it and the wife, bless her heart, is so sweet. I tell her I just want an order of general Tao’s and she says “no problem”. 2 minutes later, who I assume is the husband comes out and tells me he can’t exchange the dish. “We put 4oz of beef in the stir fry, I can’t exchange it”. I try to tell him ive been a long time customer and never have tried to exchange a dish before and I just don’t want to eat a pound of cabbage and carrots for $17. He insists that he wont exchange it, so I tell him he’s going to lose a customer. There are like 12 teriyaki places within a mile of there. He says “okay go ahead”. I am so disappointed. I will NEVER spend a dime of my money at this place ever again. Especially if they can’t take care of a long time regular over one dish. Pick another teriyaki restaurant in the area.

I love this place! It’s on my way home and if I call when I’m 10-15 minutes out the food is always ready when I get there. Great teriyaki with generous portions and the lady who answers the phone/works at the counter is always in a good mood and friendly.

I absolutely LOVE this restaurant! Their use of fresh, crunchy, and variety of vegetables in their dishes is what keeps me coming back. Their recipes have stayed deliciously consistent-I know what to expect when I order from here. I like that they have so many great options for being a teriyaki shop considering other shops I find are normally pretty limited in their offerings. Big Teriyaki provides the best service, value, and recipes in town! I highly recommend them! Pictured: Kung Pao Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken, and Veggie Spring Rolls

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered “sweet and sour chicken,” which is an extremely simple and common dish, yet the server pretended not to understand and even laughed at me. This behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful.
I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I will not be spending my money here again, nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

Was out and about and was craving ck teriyaki and this place was the closest to where I was at. First time eating here and both my bf and I were very pleased. The chicken teriyaki is great and the salad is bomb! My bf ordered the beef yakisoba and he loved it as well. Will definitely be eating here again next time I’m in the area and craving chicken teriyaki.

I ordered from this Teriyaki place for about three years now, and everything about their spot is very premium, at least in my eyes. The food is amazing and very worth it for anyone looking to grab a bite. The people were very nice and, just today, I had ordered a Honey Sesame Chicken dish and a Salmon Bento dish, along with Boeing Rolls and Avacado Rolls, which goes to show their variety of awesome meals that you can order there. Unfortunately, there was a little mishap, as they must’ve misheard my order, and though I ordered a “family combo” instead of Salmon Bento, which had raised the total price to what I had thought it was. Fortunately though, they let me pay the original amount I was led to believe I need to pay, free of charge from the family combo. This action left me to realize that this restaurant was an immediate 10 out of 10 for me, and I plan to order here for as long as I live in Lynnwood. If the owner and the cashier is reading this, I appreciate you both for showing great integrity.

We had a family get together and ordered from Big Teriyaki and they were so friendly and the restaurant was clean. Our order was a big order and they had it done very quickly. Food was great! Will be back again for sure.
