The wings were delicious! I love that they’re fried hard. I don’t like mushy, fatty wings. The people were so helpful! I can’t eat spicy food, so they helped guide me in the direction to pick something I could eat and enjoy. They have sooo many flavors to choose from! You’ll be back again and again to try them all!

I love the $1 wings. I started getting the garlic Parmesan, but I fell in love with the lemon pepper. The staff is friendly. The prices are decent and the food is good. I found myself going back once or twice a weekend and maybe 3 times.

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak hoagie, but I never got it delivered! The Dasher waited 20 minutes just to be told that they have no steak! The manager had left the restaurant to get the steak and has not returned. I asked for a manager, but he was the one who left to get the steak meat. I asked the lady I was talking to on the phone for her name and she told me that I didn’t need her name. There was no one there to rectify the situation. The choice given was for the Dasher to wait maybe another 10 minutes for him to possibly arrive. Then it would take another 15 minutes for them to make the order and then the Dasher would have to deliver it to me. This entire situation was ridiculous and unacceptable from a restaurant! The manager should’ve restricted people from being able to order steak, which can be done on the website. But when you have the I don’t care attitude, you don’t care to take the time to do that! They’d rather have a ridiculous situation such as this one. This is unheard of from a restaurant. They have gone from bad to worse! I will never order from them again!

The portions and quality are unbelievable! And the prices is astonishing! All THIS (plus the celery, which I already ate! ) for 31 bucks and delivery fee! Thanks, BSB! I will DEFINITELY, ABSOLUTELY be coming back…and bringing the recommendations to anyone who asks for suggested wing servers!! (Also, I loved that the delivery driver called ahead, was significantly early upon arrival, and engaged in some friendly banter as well! You guys are GREAT!)

White oak location is what I’m used to, so it’s just the penn hills location. I loved their food, which kept me giving the Penn Hills location a chance. I have been disappointed every single time I have ordered from here and I do not have high expectations.

The menu is extensive. It would take a bit of time to get through all those sauce options and the food. I just got some wings. I went on a Friday evening, the staff was very friendly. It was like a family atmosphere. I didn’t call ahead, I ordered onsite and waited about 30 min. I finally settled on Hot honey garlic and The Color Purple which is a medium raspberry garlic!! Both sauces were delicious. The wings were crisp and not soggy. I would go again and try some other items on the menu. It’s in a convenient location and they deliver just don’t forget its CASH ONLY. On other sites I’ve seen some complaints about the pricing, perhaps in time they will have flyers and coupons.

Very very crispy. My fiancé and I were worried that our boneless wings would be soggy because we were late picking them up. The wings were still so crispy and great texture!
We got the Frank White sauce, it had some heat but wasn’t over barring. We did the 15 boneless wings for $16. It was very filling for my fiancé & I. Great prices and very friendly staff. Definitely will be going again!

NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. No matter the time of day. Want celery? HERES WHAT THEY GIVE YOU. ROTTEN . Meat was pink. Forgot my fiancés food. Absolutely terrible and whoever the girl is in the front answering phones NEEDS FIRED. Attitude is disgusting.

Must be amateur night for cooks here. Do they even train these people how to burn wings ? I ask them for not so crispy half of it is crispy overdone way overdone ! french fries were burnt and crispy. Grease probably hasn’t been changed and who knows how long !! I hope I don’t get sick from it !!!!
